Love isn't just what you feel towards a significant other!

Love can be felt towards a friend, for a passion you have, you even feel love towards the green grass or the blue sky or even the fact that you're alive.

Love is all around us, all the time. I don't think it's fair to say that someone's weak just because they feel down about a love gone wrong. If humans only felt one way about everything, we wouldn't be humans, we'd be robots. I do agree with not dwelling on the past, though! Emotions must be dealt with, not bottled up, whether it's crying to your shrink or your best friend, or writing a few songs about it! We've all experienced heartbreak somehow, but the important thing is that we learn from it.

I think there's nothing wrong if Mika likes drinking..I mean there's nothing wrong in general as far as you don't get addicted and so on.

I can't understand some of your reactions to this thread...maybe that's because in Italy drinking is a common thing.I do it when I go out with my friends and have dinner together but it doesn't mean that we get drunk!

I think that sometimes there are too many prejudices (I'm not trying to offend you..please don't missunderstand!)..like when everybody was surprised coz it seemed that he smoke! OF COURSE that's bad for everybody's health but hey...that's real life!

Personally, I hate drinking hard liquor. I hate the taste. It's like poison! Yet when it comes to beer, champagne, or anything sweet, I will drink. Never to the point of smashed-ness, but getting a bit tipsy's fun.

I don't know.. I've been harbouring this fear of Gollum since the first LOTR movie.. YES, I know he wasn't in it perse, but I hadn't read the books so I didn't know anything and I kept asking my friend what was going on.. And they mention the name "Gollum" in the brief overview thing at the beginning.. And then later on in the movie when Bilbo shrieks "IT'S MIIIINE!" and his eyes go all funky.. So I had created this image of Gollum in my head..

If Mika made his next album themed Gollum, dare I say it, I would skip it! :eek: And wait for the third!! And I don't think it would be underwater themed, since he himself fears the ocean. Although it would be a great way of conquering one's fears...
