I wish journalists actually take the time to distinguish between Borat and the real person that plays him. There is obviously a difference, and the difference is comparing Mika to an ugly man or to a handsome man.

I've only heard Mika once, and that was when I heard "Stuck In The Middle" in Sears. I started running around and singing, and I'm sure that I was totally ruining the shopping experiences of many people.

do the musical acts usually talk a bit or do they just sing and that's it?

Sadly, they don't interview the musical acts. They just perform one song.

The musical acts are on stage when the judges go backstage to decide who's going home, so we'll see Mika sometime in the second half of the episode. The voter results episode is only one hour long.

I vote yes! This club has been a Godsend. I don't have any friends who listen to Mika, so this is the only place I can talk about him. Not to mention, it keeps me up to date on his performances, since other sources tend to leave out the details...(cough, cough)

I know exactly how you feel! I was in Seattle two weeks ago, and I was disappointed when I heard that Mika ISN'T big there.

*Music first, but it could've been a tie with the looks. My little sister kept on talking about the song "Grace Kelly" so I watched the video on YouTube. I liked the song but was a little scared by the quirkiness. The next morning, I turned on the T.V. and he was being interviewed on Good Morning America. "So this is Mika." And it's history from there.

I went to Wal-Mart 3 weeks ago, and I could not find his CD on the shelves! I was thoroughly confused, and I haven't been to Wal-Mart since. LOL

I wish US iTunes had some of his acoustic songs available for downloading, as well as the Love Today video. I haven't even heard "Grace Kelly" on the radio stations over here yet, but I was uber-surprised today when I heard that song as someone's ringtone. This Mika fanaticism is spreading slowly but surely
