Twiglet is probably some crazy fan who went digging for MIKA photos and came across them.

 

There's really nothing strange about it. The owner of the photos probably intended the photos to be shared with friends but didn't really bother with the privacy settings thinking MIKA fans would find them.

and they refuse to ask questions about who they are, your options are this:

 

1) they are some crazy stalker fan who wishes they were close to Mika and become a bit deluded OR

2) They actually do know Mika or they are related to them.
