It's really hard to study when I know I could be watching the video...

Of course at some point I have to study but... do you guys know the angel and devil scene? That's exactly what's going on in my head.

I love her!!! I've been a fan since she released Fearless - You Belong With Me getting me hooked I based my hair for prom on her Love Story video =) Tim McGraw is my favourite song.

I love that you used the hair style! I admire people who prepare a nice tidy hairstyle. It probably took lots of time: this explains why my hair is never tied back haha

Hi everyone! Well, I have to admit, I have two favorite singers: Mika and Taylor Swift.

I've been her fan for two years, is it? Something like that. And I feel so identified with her music, her lyrics. What she says in her songs is similar to what I sometimes feel and she knows exactly how to put it in a song.

Who else is a fan of her music?

Patito Feo isn't recording any more seasons, they only had two and this year they are repeating last year's shows. So thank goodness for that! But I'm still mad that they sold soooo many CD's with an idea that, I personally, don't think it was originally theirs.

I'm so happy for all those who are getting the new CD in September... Unfortunately Amazon doesn't deliver to Buenos Aires so I guess I'll have to wait till it's released here.

I would put it on youtube, but I'm sure it will be removed in like a second... But I'm sure someone else will

For school I have to do an oral presentation to my class about a famous person.

Naturally, I chose Mika.

So, tomorrow I have to do a three-minute oral presentation about him. I have to include his biography and his lifestyle. What he generally does, what he hates, what he loves.

The hardest part of all this is narrowing everything I know about Mika to THREE MINUTES!

Well, my first kiss (a real kiss, not in kindergarten or in a spin-the-bottle game) was this year (I'm 14) and it was with this boy I was dating (the ironic thing is... he is SO similar to MIKA - curls, tall and beautiful ) and it was most definitely not under a tree...

It was in a shopping mall... but romantic all the same. And the worst thing is that I can't remember much of it... I mean, I thought of it and imagined it SOOOOOOOO many times in my head, that I'm not very sure who kissed who

So I'm not the only one who has a black hole in their memory? Thank goodness.

I hard to believe that he wouldn't know about somethings like this, you'd think they'd have had to consult him? You'd have to be completely mad to think that you could get away with something like that. I don't know why they would want to use the same pics even with permission because that only says that they are incapable of producing anything original on their own. I wouldn't think that they could even have that printed without his permission.

I know what you're thinking. No one in their right mind can do this... but Marcelo Tinelli is NOT in his right mind... And I guess he thought he'd get away with this because he got away with so many other things...

But the MFC won't let that happen!

I really really really hope Tinelli has to pay for this...

That is very very dodgy if you ask me....Not that anyone would but anyway....

People are on it though - contacted Fred to Jerry to Mika etc....it should be OK!! I am sure Mika will find out and have something to say about it whether it be good or bad! Even though its awful copying Mika it brings a bit of excitement in the MFC life though doesn´t it!???

Hmm yeah the CDs are WAY too similar. If I was in the store and that caught my eye I'd think that Mika had some special CD out or something.

 

Now the only thing I remember learning about copyright and all that was that if you were looking at someone's work or was going to use it (unless if it's for your own personal use and won't sell it to make a profit off of it) you have to change it SO MUCH that the artist and no one else can't look at it and go, "hey that's (insert name here.)" Sorry I can't explain it more clearly because I was told this three years ago when people plagiarized work for my graphic design 1 class. Surprisingly enough when I was studying to be a designer they never taught us all things copyright what's acceptable and what's not etc.

 

Hopefully Yasmine either helped out or they got permission because if not...

I really doubt Yasmine is aware of this... Hopefully someone'll let her know and give this so-called producer what he really deserves!
