  1. It's been forever since I've been here. I seemed to check back in less and less, and now it must have been a year or more! I still follow Mika and his music, just not as obsessively as I did a couple years ago I guess. :naughty:

I used to spend so much time on here, hope everyone is doing well! :wink2:

  2. You can catch the 747 bus at the airport terminal. It will take you downtown in 30-45 minutes. You can then take the metro to go to Osheaga. It's onIle ste-hélène isn't it?

Ok thanks! I'll look into that.

i meant once you are in Montreal, didn't know if you were looking for driving info or bus info :naughty:

    google map/directions says 46 min. by bus/metro:

Oh...I thought you meant will I have a car or will I need to get a taxi/take metro transit. :naughty:

    Thanks for the info!

  3. Hello everyone! For those of you living in Montreal, I've got a question for you! I am going to Osheaga this year and am trying to find the best place to stay. The hotels downtown are quite expensive, yet they would be closer to the festival. I am trying to figure out how long it would take to get from an "airport hotel" to the area of jean drapeau parc, which is where the festival is. You can get a hotel near the airport for significantly cheaper, but would it be worth the travel time? Any suggestions? Thanks so much :wink2:

  5. Hey guys! I am graduating university this spring and going through options for next year. One of my friends is seriously considering going to Japan to teach. She wants me to go with her. Does anyone here have opinions on this? I really don't know much about it. Just thought I'd check :bleh:

  6. It's crazy that it's been a whole year, and yet I still see or hear of something MJ related almost everyday. Shows how much of an impact he had on the world of music.

Did anyone else see the Chris Brown tribute at the BET awards? It was really good. He was crying during Man in the Mirror.

  7. This week I am celebrating the 524,500 albums sold to date!

I am celebrating Mika's Double Platinum & Platinum Records in France & South Korea!

I am celebrating not only Mika's glowing reviews for his live shows but the ecstatic reaction & reports from Mika's Fans!

If that isn't enough Mika's appearance at Australian Idol was magnificent!

More Importantly: MIKA is going to be on center stage for a long time to come!

    That's for sure! :thumb_yello:

  8. Pretty darn good.

I met the artist who painted murals on the inside of Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady recording studio in New York. I talked to him about art, and he talked to me about his art. I asked him for advice and he gave it to me. I feel inspired. I finally feel a bit more secure, because I feel like I know what I want to be. I know that I'm going to do art.

    And it feels beautiful.

    that's wonderful! :thumb_yello:
