would you be able to travel up to the north island for a gig? coz unfortunately he'll probably only play in auckland. :thumbdown:when he confirms a date i shall plan a NZ MFC'ers meetup for the gig

wow i would love to.... i dont think id be able to not go if i knew he was coming to the country!!

Id have to find someone to come up with me though...

we've (NZ MFC'ers) sent mika several gifts from new zealand (which he really liked, and he thought the stuffed kiwi was cute&funny.) and he mentioned in a blog that he wants to come here. so, it's likely he'll play a gig here this year on his world tour for the new album which will come out in the next few months. if he didn't come, i've been saving to go to australia for a mika gig for the last few years

aww thats great, im glad he liked the gifts!

yes i saw that, i was so excited cause theres no way i'd ever be able to go overseas to see him, as my family are not exactly avid Mika supporters (despite my efforts:bleh:)

i cant wait for his new album to come out, hes been working on it for so long its going to be the best it can be, which is brilliant

where did you first hear of mika?

hehe from what ive heard this place is quite addictive, so i'll probably be one of the more frequent visitors

it was early 2008 i think and i heard Grace Kelly playing on the radio. and i liked the song so i waited until they said the artists name at the end of it, then i googled Mika and i guess ive liked him ever since!!

im hoping hes going to come to nz this year, it would be so amazing to see him live
