) Wajda is one of the most famous directors in Poland, everybody knows him. He's like 80 now, or even more, so it's good he has his own school, maybe there are more Wajdas to come 
Of course, you can't replace someone who's so big, but in my opinion his students cultivate cultural heritage, so that's good. Thanks for letting me know!
