    it is terribly sad when someone throws away their talent like that. Words hurt so even if we don't like an artist, we should not encourage bad thoughts, feelings or behavior. Espcially to those who are weak or receiptive to critisum. I liked her music very much and although i wasn't a fan, I always wished she would get the 'demons' out of her cuz she was an acceptional singer. we have no idea how she died or what made her die, so we should only give positive critisum and let people be. Be who they want cuz it doesn't matter in the end. If we are not happy with an artist, that same artist is making someone else happy and we should respect that. If we don't we are just narsasstic fouls who are killing a perfect human BE- ing.

    haahaaha...you guys are so lucky to have seen or know a mika look alike. Those photos come close but I don't think they look like mika. Especially Johnny Depp! No way no how! Both Mika and Johnny has a very unique and distinct look about them. Cherokee? Indian and Lebonese? are quite different. Johnny has slanty eyes and mika has big round eyes. Both beautiful but...nah...very different. Both GORGOUS! This was a fun thread to read by the way. Cracks me up so thank for that.:thumb_yello:

    It's hard to say really. Some people don't like his falsetto, some don't like him because they think he's gay. Some just don't like him no matter what he does. I think basically, a lot of people just don't get him at all.

    But one thing I wish had been done was the release of I See You as a single. It's such a beautiful heartfelt song that many people would identify with and his voice is just perfect when he sings it. I myself had an I See You moment many years ago, and I'm sure many of you have had the same. After WAG, Rain and BIOTG were released, both of which, I did not feel would appeal to British people, and they didn't! Touches You was another song I thought would get into the charts if it had been released, and Good Gone Girl is so good it could have been number one, but again, it wasn't released. I don't know who chooses the songs to be released, if it's the record company, but if it is, they don't seem to have Mika's best interests at heart

    But we'll just have to see what happens. I just hope this album he's working on will put him back on top in Britain, and get him more fans and status in America too.

    Here in America we Never see his videos on tv. I would love for FUSE tv to have a segmant called 'out of britian' where they play all british artist, popular or not. At least they will get some exposure. However, the other day watching LXNY on channel four, they did a segmant about weight and they briefly played ' big girls you are beautiful'...that was it. Just those five lyrics. I was So proud! :biggrin2:

    Hi everyone :biggrin2:

     

    I've been lucky enough to have lived this amazing gig thanks to a friend of mine who won and invited me to be part of this dream :blush-anim-cl:

     

    I'll porbably make a proper report later on but, as I know you may all be very impatient to see how it looked like, I've already uploaded one of my vids :naughty:

    What Gives? You tweet so randomly and we never know what the heck you are doing? Was that you plan all along? Well, we all miss yah and would love a little love here yah know. Do a blog or something like you used to...that was fun. And, it keeps us close to ya...well at least we feel like that.

    I had quite a long dream with MIKA last night. I was sitting with friends in a theater, and we were playing with curling iron and flat iron....:blink:....and there were this guy (mika) sitting next to me and watching the play, when a i was playing i pushed him a little, so we started to talk. There was a play about mika songs on stage (like act 1 :lollipop , and some people goes on stage doing a play while mika's song plays).

     

    Then, we were closer, and mika says " we should not touch or kiss each other because..." then he looks some rows back and there's paparazzis.... so we look at the play and not each other, for like 5 sec :roftl:... then we look at the paparazzi and they dont look at us, so we kissed...(first time i kiss someone i dont personnaly knows in dreams) and he says " yeah! they didn't saw!!" and I " right, but other does." looking around. and we just started to play and talk and he told me, that is was a great date. :mf_rosetinted:

     

    then i look at him and he just smile, then the dream started to fade, and i woke up..... :thumbdown: , still i remembered it! :blush-anim-cl:

    its sounds like a dream I want to have but can I tell you what it means according to a dream book I have? It says that kissing in a dream means Deceit, false friends and receiving advice, even from mika, means encounter obstacles. Now, I could be totally wrong but it's what the book says so don't take it to heart. The book could be wrong.

    yeah, to me, he's also getting more and more attractive and sexy as he 'grows older' (hard to say when he's still only nearly 27)

    wow..when you say 27 it makes me realize I've been loving him since he was 23! Time really flies and MIKA definetly grows sexier!!! Those old pics of him are so adorable. Thanks for posting them to remind us all.:wub2:
