  1. Yeah, Brokeback Mountain is so unique and different from "normal" blockbusters. When I first heard about it, I got the impression that it is "typically american" and "typical cliché" - I was sure, that I never ever wanted to see the film. But when I get to know more about Brokeback Mountain my opinion changed and so I went to the cinema - and I'm so happy about it in retrospect.

     

    About the Mika quote: To my mind it wasn't intented like it sounds. I think it's a question of interpretation of "high". What for "normal" people is high isn't high for Mika. When Mika said this line he referred to a height, which is high for his range of voice, I think.

    But having the solid quote, it's unintentionally so ironic, because the falsetto is one of Mikas trademarks. When I first read the quot I was like "01lustig_07.gif"
