Hi Mika,

I would like to wish you and your family well, regarding the recent accident involving Paloma. I hope that all is well and that Sis will be ok in the near and present future.

I also want to wish you well and hope that you are coping ok with what has happened recently, as I went through somthing like this with my Younger sister a few years ago.

Be strong and keep your chin up, we are all wishing you well and hope that you and your family can find normality sometime sooner, rather than later.

like many of your fans here, I will always be shining on you and your family, like you have for us over the years.

I personally dont think people should label themselves as Gay,bisexual or Lesbian. Those are sooo 90s / early 00s titles.

We are all one unit and we are all human beings so, lets throw away the social labels and be what we originally set out to be, and that is Human beings.

I too also live on the 3rd floor and envy those garden dwelling home owners, My Juliet balcony makes me very dizzy, so i dont like to spend to much time near it

the ice will melt before i will get my feet down there here...... donno how the hell im suppose to get any sleep tonight. I have a fan running atm. in my apartment. I hope that will be enough. 2 am and im melting...

You could try a cold shower, that always works for me, it gives you at least a 25-30 minute window to go to sleep before getting hot again

Its hard to hold em there at first but after a while it gets easier. Its a really quick cooling metod if your hot, but dont do it if you have blood clotting/circulation problems.

This is becoming a ritual before i go to bed everynight atm

@ Black-Cinderella. In some way or another, most of us have grown with these kind of feelings in one way or another and in time they do fade and love finds you even when you dont expect it. And it sometimes firstly arrives from within and not from another.

My teens were full of tourment and self hate and occaisional bullying etc. Id abuse alcohol recreational substances and blur my way through pain. I finally picked myself up off the floor, and had a chance encounter with someone older than myself.

This person felt like they had been sent to free me from the walls I had built around my world. I could almost say it was my guardian angel stepping down to kick my ass and then dissapearing a week or so later. Anyways i realised I had to love myself before I could love or be loved.

Talking to someone friend or family or whoever you feel comfortable talking to always halfs any problem, even if its a forum buddy here or there. Take a walk in the fresh air with your head held high, trust me it does wonders for your self esteem.

This might sound silly but there is some truth in what the great Yoda once said, I quote......

I crack my neck whenever I get a pain in it, that kinda works for a while. Too many pillows can cause this kinda pain aswell
