I like this diet because I get to cook every single meal from scratch! It's good practice As far as anything goes, I know I can talk to you about any of my problems, and the same goes for you We are learning a lot of French cooking & techniques. I found out we're not learning how to sous vide I really want to try it! I also want to learn molecular gastronomy! I really want to learn every technique there is, so I can offer it if asked by any of my customers someday We learned how to make pasta from scratch, smoke meats, and today we made Hungarian goulash & Jambalya....neither of which I really cared for Well I hope you have a great day tomorrow
