The mussels turned out perfect! Adam was drinking the sauce from the bowl I made roasted cauliflower that had been seasoned with garlic salt, white pepper, salt, & vegetable oil You mix them around the bowl with the oil & seasonings & put them onto a metal plate then stick them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. I don't know celcius, but I set the oven to about 430 degrees Fahrenheit. They are crispy like popcorn & taste so good The omlettes are SO good! I'm like you, I /emoticons/default_lmfao77.gif" alt=":lmfao:" /> Smoked cheeses are good I like smoked Holland gouda & applewood smoked gruyere I've tried just the tarragon & coriander by themselves on "Herb & Spice" day at school, and they were okay, but I'd like to make my final judgement on them when I taste them cooked in a dish
