I'm glad you and your classmates (and teacher ) all enjoy the recipes & I'm happy to share them Once I find that cookie recipe I'll have to send it along...maybe you can make Valentine's Day cookies. Do you celebrate Valentine's Day? Here it's February 14. It's so tacky I think. It's just a way of making money off of couples...besides, I never have a date for Valentine's day...maybe that's why I don't like it? With the escargot, I was so afraid the texture would remind me of snot. But now that I know it's more like a mushroom I might try it. Forga legs...are they frog legs? We sell them over here around the holidays, but I've never had them. We're going to cook with them in school and also alligator meat! I can't wait to see what that tastes like! LoL My mom actually is letting me borrow her car for the week & she's getting a ride to work from one of her coworkers
