Chef Bob (my instructor) loved that salad the best! It was just something I thought of at the last minute, & it worked well I plated & sprinkled the spinach chiffonade over the rice I didn't have my camera with me, or I would've taken a picture I'm so excited for next term! I got my schedule yesterday! I have Garde Manger, International & European cooking, Breakfast cookery & Wine Pairing, American Regional Cuisine, & Catering!!! So many of the hard classes all at once I like the challenge though
