I'm starting to get a feel for things I really need to work on my time management, but other than that I think I'm doing alright We got the papers for our 2 day practical exam so we can practice what we need to make. Day 1 we have to make a chicken stock, break down a chicken into 2 airline breasts, 2 thighs, & 2 legs (which was my most frustrating thing!) make 3 sauces: bechamel, veloute, & hollandaise...which are so easy! My veloute is the best sauce I can do Day 2 we're grilling salmon, and doing 2 other things...I don't remember what they are. So it's not too bad of a practical I hope you can remain calm for your next exams hun Just remember that your "big sis" over here in the USA is cheering you on abroad & has complete faith in you & your studies
