    Day 1 Practical Test Results:

    Bechamel- 95%

    Chicken Stock- 100%

    Chicken breakdown (2 airline breasts, 2 boneless leg quarters)- 100%

    Plate: sauteed airline breast with veggies, pan sauce, & rice pilaf- 100%

     

    I am SO excited and ready for my 2nd day of practical tests :) I hope you had a great day hun! I just wanted to let you know what I got :):huglove::huglove:
