Day 2 Practical results were: Salmon preperation & cooking- 90%, Veloute sauce- 95%, and plate with grilled salmon, asparagus, & hollandaise sauce- 95%. He said my hollandaise was perfect! He said that I might want to run & throw out the rest that's in my bowl before someone steals it for their plate, that's how good it was! I am so happy 
Well, I was. Yesterday I had to miss my last day of class to take Aiden to the ER for an abcest tooth. The ER gave him some antibiotics & told us to go to a pediatric dentist! If my family doctor had just prescribed him the antibiotics in the first place I wouldn't have had to miss school! Because I missed, it dropped my grade down a whole letter grade!!!! I couldn't stop crying yesterday, and I'm still mad about it today. I am finding a new doctor for Aiden! That was ridiculous!!!
