Hello hun !
GUESS WHAT? Because I managed the Summer Fashion Fest 2011 So well, I got promoted from operations manager to one of the general managers !!
I'm so over the top happy and excited ! But on the other hand, I'm also a little bit sad. You see,I'm only half sri lankan , and growing up in Colombo, I never thought I'd work in the fashion industry. Of course I dreamed of doing something good for my country ( who doesn't ?) but ofcourse everything doesn't go according to plan. In a way I'm lucky because i got an excellent education and a degree in management.Somehow , I ended up managing events, shows ,everything in fashion houses and now this is what I have experience in. At first i thought this is only temporary but now it's been 6 years and i'm the GM .
