I could watch videos of THAT performance of LYWUD over and over again... For me, it is the best one ever X) It was sooo fun and everyone was really into it ! I just feel like getting up and dancing everytime I hear it... Definitely of my best memories of this year

I know that feeling! Everytime I hear LYWID I just want to do this funny crazy dancemove (even in public.. not gonna do that though.. )

Loved it! Mika and Paul have such a great chemistry.

Everytime Mika starts singing LYWID or i'm listening to this song, i'm like 'Aaaah everytime i hear this song i want to do these funny dancemoves like we did in Brussels' and then i was like 'Hey! They're doing the Brussels-choreography!'

Just couldn't help laughing at the end of Love Today! Da da di da di doom doom doom doom! *ping*

Loved it! Loved LYWID and the dancemoves! And Origin with the balloons which he jumped on afterwards.. I was like 'Happy newyeaaaar!' And the audience did the same so it really sounded like firework

I also love the pianoversion of Stardust.. Wish this one was on the album, it's so beautiful!

He talked a little about Paul de Leeuw again, that he wasn't there to teach him dutch because 'his Nederlands is shiiiit' and he said that everytime Paul comes to him and says 'Mika, I have an idea' he's like 'fuuuuck'

I don't like queuing long, I like having a nice day in the city so I went to the Atomium and Grote Markt before going to Cirque Royal and I had a really nice day! I like Brussels! When we arrived I was like 'There are so many people already here', I thought we'd be in the back, but at the and we had a great place!

So... I loved it!

Well... most people know Mika anyway, it's just that their opinion of him might not be very positive. At least now they'll think Mika is cool and funny and a good sport. In that sense it might have been good that the microphone didn't work, because that at least made it clear it was very much live

 

I read yesterday that almost a million people watched this show, which is not great, but not bad either.

I read a lot of (dutch) tweets about Mika singing 'Ik heb je lief' with Paul while this show was airing. I read so many positive tweets! Seems like they all liked him as a guest and they loved him singing in dutch

I guess that too ... it's usually not your father that teaches you these kind of things.

Lol, you never know.. I was laughing about the potverdriedubbeltjes-part too Actually I liked the whole show.

Why does Paul say: "You know some dutch from your father." I know Paul talks nonsens more often but is this nonsens of really true?

I have no idea! But MIKA's reaction is 'From my father?!' so I guess it's someone else that teached him to say Lekker ding!

I don't know what to do... I'm tempted to give it a try even if I'm not a professional singer :'X I know I sing better than a few years ago but I don't know if it'd be sufficient to get in the choir... Still training with different songs for now I have a kind of middle-ranged voice so it's pretty weird.. We'll see... I still have some time to think about it

Try it! You don't have to be a professional singer to be in the choir, right?!

As you all can see, I just loved the show (well Mika being part of the show!).

I always like Paul's shows actually, but as I'm a MIKA-fan, i like this even more ofcourse haha! And it's so nice to see the chemistry between Paul and MIKA! Oh and before 'Ik heb je lief' when MIKA says 'Lekker ding' and 'potverdriedubbeltjes', lol

They broadcasted 'Love you when I'm drunk', 'Ik heb je lief', a short interview with Mika on the couch, a quiz with all the guests and the shooting Mika part (I really had to laugh, when Mika took the clothes hanger and said that it was really ironic that he and Paul should die into the closet). The Origin of Love was only broadcasted on the internet (correct me if I'm wrong).

You're right! And yessss that was so funny! And when he kissed Paul in that part haha. And I looooved 'Ik heb je lief' just couldn't stop smiling

Okay now I'm ready!! I have bubble blowers, heartballoons, serpentines and partypoppers (don't know if I'm allowed to use them though) Only have to think about the Stardust-lights! Can't wait for saturday!!

Just saw that the show itself is posted on http://www.uitzendinggemist.nl (just select ' Langs de Leeuw'). Don't now if it will work outside The Netherlands. The part you have seen dcdeb, wasn't broadcasted on tv; it was an internetstream after the show (haven't found it yet, can search for it tomorrow; I'm using my phone now so I can't search properly). Mika was singing the Dutch song 'Heb je lief' ('I love you', it is a song from Paul de Leeuw). He was singing it partly by ear and partly by autocue. It was really cute!

It was! Couldn't stop smiling while watching that! Paul and MIKA have such a great chemistry! Sad I wasn't there!

Hahaha I'm reading tweets about MIKA singing in dutch with Paul! Gonna watch it tonight!

Just got a message from L'Oreal... won a free Spotify account for three months.

That was absolutely not the reason for taking part in this competition, I only wanted to see Mika (gladly Dutchannie was so kind for taking me with her). Totally forgot that they were giving away those accounts. Never used Spotify betere, so let's see if Mika's music is on there.

Lol, I won too! Didn't win at the MIKA-contest, but hey.. I was there! So now I got both

I told my father 'I won a Spotify unlimited account for three months.' He was like 'Unlimited for three months? Ehrmmm..' Haha

Just three days till I see them!
