Wow! I live in a desert, so we've had a pretty average winter. Not too terribly cold, but not warm by any means. Just a little bit of snow and ice every once in a while. That sounds like pretty nice weather!!! Bonus on no volcanos destroying your city. It sounds like a nice place to live!
