Judging by the queue at Brisbane, and the glowing reviews of the gig, I think you will have to be prepared to queue much earlier than just an hour before to guarantee a front row place
I'll check with Sydney also

What time did people arrive before doors open to get front row? (eg. 1hr before etc.) Also what did your set list look like?

There will have been 2 other gigs before Mika gets to Melbourne, so you should be able to check with other fans what time they started queuing, and whether they got front row places.
But general advice would be to queue as early as possible (not as early as in Europe, but probably mid-afternoon ).
Just checked with the website, 7pm is doors open, 8pm is chela (supporting act), 9pm is mika. But yeah will defs ask the Brisbane and Sydney ppl

Is there a time we should get there to be front row like right in front of him on the stage? I just realised the fb page says it starts at 6, whilst my ticket says it starts at 7. Either way was planning on getting there 1 hour ahead of start time?

At the small shows he sometimes asks the crowd for song requests. The most likely is Good Guys, but if you're lucky, he might remember the lyrics for Ordinary Man, he sang it at a few shows of the Heaven tour. Lady Jane, probably not.
I would request 'one foot boy'/'rain' lol. It would make sense that he remembers the more popular songs' lyrics. 'talk about you' /'all she wants' would be a good "mainstream"/no place in heaven songs to request

EMD means Elle Me Dit, as you already said and WAG stands for We Are Golden.
I really like those slowly meaningful songs in between, so I am happy if he still sings them.
I forgot 'we are golden' existed haha. Yes I like differently slow songs though like 'Lady Jane', 'Ordinary man' and from his new album 'Ready to call this love', but obviously it depends on jack savoretti being there. I hope he's the special guest on the Melbourne show

Also maybe there are more ballads or mid-tempo songs on this album which aren't so suitable for the big show as he is already singing Underwater and Blue/Paloma?
What is EMD, (Elle me dit? I would assume he sings that only in france/Europe) and WAG (WHERE have ALL The GOOD guys gone? bit of a stretch lol), Personally not a huge fan of blue, would rather paloma, or keeping in those style of songs, maybe (unlikely) over my shoulder (but songs like blue, over my shoulder, any other world, I already skip). Thanks for reply btw

How come there are no 'No place in heaven' songs in the Tiny love/revelation tours? There are even songs from 'The boy who knew too much' and 'The origin of love'

Hey Sydney, how early did you guys rock up before doors open to get front row seats? Also I'm guessing same setlist as Brisbane?
