I also had a ticket in the GG line for Sunday and I also received this email. I logged into the site and they changed the seat on the ticket, they took away my seat in the chaises and placed me in the fifth row of the parterre :/

Inoltre, sembra che si applichi l'abbonamento 2+ e non 3+ (ho appena effettuato l'accesso al mio account ed è la prima cosa che dice nella pagina di benvenuto). Quello che devi fare è selezionare prima "acquista abbonamento 2+" (non ti addebita alcun costo per questo passaggio!), POI puoi selezionare i concerti a cui desideri partecipare nell'opzione di ricerca.
