We followed the procedure (you have to give ticket details)  and  were soon informed that TicketOne had received our request. By Sept 12  we got an email confirming that we would get a refund (which we did).

 

 

Thank you. One question : did they ask you to give your tickets back ?

Hi everybody, I'm addressing to italian people who in  2022 bought their tickets for the shows of Magic Piano tour, but then it was cancelled.

Well I am one of those people, my concert would have be in Florence in September but it was cancelled.

I Love Mika and in 2019 I went to his concert in Milan. It was absolutely amazing. 

If anyone wants to talk with me or answer to comments etc.. in other languages, please do it. I speak English, Spanish, French and of course my native language (Italian)
