MIKA's concert scheduled for 3 October is postponed to a date to be determined for organisational and production reasons that would have prevented an adequate and optimal staging of the show.

Numerous attempts have been made to safeguard the integrity of the show as it was planned by the artist with his customary care and artistic and production quality, but as this could not be guaranteed in the agreed timeframe, it has had to be postponed.
A monetary refund will be provided in the following ways:

spectators who purchased their ticket on the TicketOne.it website and through the Call Centre will receive an automatic refund on the same payment instrument used at the time of purchase, without the need to make any request for reimbursement;

spectators who purchased their ticket at one of the TicketOne Points of Sale will have to apply for reimbursement by and no later than September 30, 2022, according to the procedures at www.rimborso.info;

spectators who purchased their tickets at the Auditorium Parco della Musica box office must present themselves at the same box office with their tickets in order to obtain a refund, no later than September 30, 2022.
 

I just checked the Auditorium account again and I noticed they have deleted this post on both Facebook and Twitter… that’s pretty weird.

At the bottom of the ticket you can find an “i” button. Press it and your data should appear

Hi guys, I'm trying to get a refund through the link provided (Ticketone) but when I put my info in it says my ticket isn't refundable... has anyone had better luck?

Well, the tickets I bought today are for me, so not a problem.

But probably I will buy  Verona tickets for my friend and I want to be sure she will be able to use it.

But is it possible to send the ticket to someone else's TicketOne account?

I chose the eTicket option and I just forwarded the email to my friend, so she can download her own ticket. Transferring the link to her also works. I know it says not to give the link to anyone, but I think it's meant more like "Don't put it on the internet"

Che io sappia su TicketOne si possono comunque acquistare solo 4 biglietti, a prescindere dalla prevendita... quindi anche domani non potrai prenderli tutti e 6, ti conviene fare due ordini separati

Not so sure about that... it might be exactly 11am, or a few minutes later, or the link doesn't work and we'll only get the correct one an hour later... it all has happened, so I'd advise everyone to keep checking and not panic if things don't go exactly as planned.
