  1. speaking of which...

i think i have babysqueal syndrome... my family went out onto Main st. for thanksgiving and, for some reason, it was filled with young couples and.....babies! gosh they were so adorable that i had to always squeal and poke my brother to say, "isn't he/she the cutest ever?!"

it was quite funny because my brother refused to pay heed after the first 3 or so pokes.... and now he's diagnosed me as a chronic overzealous baby lover :P

  2. i always wonder what mika is doing right now!!! it just pops into my head and im like, "hmmm i wonder what they are all doing right now"... and i start to daydream...

and i also always think "hmm i wonder how many people in the world (or in my neighborhood, or anywhere) are dong the same exact thing as im doing, right at this moment." coz i mean just think about it....

and then, sometimes, i think of something crazy that i dont think anyone has done before, but then i think "hmm, i wonder if anyone in this world has ever done-blah blah blah, watever im wondering...

    you know?

    hahahahha

i used to do that too! when i first started listening to him, i used to wonder that.. and just thinking that mika was living a life, doing something at this moment made him seem so much more human (not that he's not! :bleh:)

curious thoughts make life more interesting. :thumb_yello:

but what am i thinking now? i'm realizing that sometimes, my family and loved ones are the only things that can keep me warm at bad times.

  3. Sounds alot like "Fight Club" :biggrin2:

since nobody knows the answer to this, we would go in circles talking about it...which is why we don't. simple dimple! :bleh:

but of course you're not implying that you would think of mika any differently if you DID know what way he swung. so frankly, i dunno why everyone's jumping up at that.

chillax, everybody! the "we don't care" thing was originally made to maintain a polite, comfy atmosphere but it's doing the exact opposite right now...:S newcomers learn through trial and error so we should be polite, too! :D after all, i made the same mistake once..:bleh:

  4. ahhhhh canadians, i was just watching a mika video on muchaxs, where hes performing grace kelly, and at the end, Devon, one of the VJ's stand next to him.. and WHOA. mika is soo tall lol

    teehee i was there!

    somewhere in the background...:P

  5. Raha! Money!:wink2::naughty:

    No...I don't go to sleep that early:bleh:

  6. hiya! how were your victoria day weekends?

mine was fun. :D family visits and a fun time watching fireworks with friends. altho things DID get a bit out of hand when some teens starting shooting fireworks at each other's bumoley! :o yeowch!

hope you all had a good time.

  7. LOL!!! that happened to me in march, when mika came to toronto. :D

yes, i'm usually so focused but sometimes i can't help but type mikafanclub in the url... :naughty: but after the 2 months of listening/discovering his songs, i'm finally not as "in the clouds"!

no mika concerts this summer, i don't think, (although i hope so) but i'm still looking forward to it.

will finally have the chance to really sit down with a good book!

  8. thx raha we did and i finally got to meet him after all this time:wub2: its nice to see my fave canadian back on mfc:biggrin2:

after seeing those pics i really wish i could've met with all the MFCers like you all have been doing lately...it seems like such fun. rainbow colors, smiles, giggles, gifts and all! :thumb_yello:

    Picture505copy.png

If you didnt know how old I was.. guess my age if you had only seen that pic!

hm. 42?! :biggrin2: no i'm kidding- yes, you do look young for your age!

my mum's constant worrying about not looking 20 anymore keeps reminding me of how much of a good thing that is. :bleh:

    Here are mine

    first one... well look

second one i did a dance, and after this picture was taken all these tourists came up and took pictures a bit embarrassing:blush-anim-cl:

    me with my homeboys:naughty:

me with my homeboys.. LOL :roftl:

  10. I live within walking distance of the Distillery District. I love the art galleries there. I considered buying one of the condos on the site but it's just a bit too far from my work to walk comfortably in the winter.

There's a group on Facebook for people who were at the Mod Club show.

yes- it's very artsy fartsy isn't it? i'd love a condo there!

about mika in toronto...personally, never really expected him to visit twice in 2 months. he's got a lot of other areas to cover up, hasn't he?

and besides...a sumptuous taste is worth more of a relish than a gulp! i think the fact that he doesn't visit often will make his next visit (prolly with the 2nd album?) all the more special.. bright thinking, at least. :blush-anim-cl:

but then again, i'm sure crowds will be massive by then.

  11. i live by toronto. and i love it! :D

i live by the suburbs so the city is always accessible. i love it! it's got great shopping but also gorgeous parks and places to stroll around.

Have any of you been to the distillery district? it's out of this world. LITERALLY. it's mysterious and filled with lamplights and cobblestone streets. and it's smack in the middle of the city, yet seems so serene!

I joined MFC a month before the toronto concert...and that was my first one ever, so that was an awesome experience. Lana86 filled us all in on that! I agree with all of you who wrote about it. it was a cozy concert indeed.
