For all the Belgian and Dutch fans, Mika will be playing on Rock Werchter on June 28th. daytickets cost 75 euro. I hope he will do a gig in Holland around that time then as well *fingers crossed* 75 euro is a bit to expansive for me

good topic! I have to think about it though... one question I would def ask if I would see him is when he's coming to Holland for a gig..... had the change last time when I met him but totally forgot to ask it if I think about it I barely sad a word too Mika! Was to busy...

BloEmPje , I LOVE your concert list! We've got very similar music tastes! Especially Mraz and Gavin DeGraw! I'm so jealous you've seen James Morrison a few times. I really love him. I'm even jealous you've see Paolo Nutini and The Kooks. I've just gotten into them these past few months!!
Unfortunatly I only saw Mraz one time, he's not really popular here in Holland or Europe. But the one time I saw him was great, especially because Raul Midon was opening, became a fan straight away! And Gavin... well he loves Holland And the Paolo and Kooks concert has a special story, because I didn't had a ticket at first but then the lovely Paolo Nutini put me on the guestlist
But they will play loads of other concerts so I'm sure you will see them pretty soon

off course it will!

I guess I'm a really lucky girl since I got the change to meet him! It's was a really quick meeting thow, autograph and picture and then he was dragged off by the people of the tv show. They were already trying to get him inside while he was sining our cd's but he just stayed and took time to get with us on the photo as well! Really sweet, but it was stupid because me and my friend where like, if we meet him we'll have to ask him when he's going to do a gig in Holland. And when we meet him we both forget to aks! How stupid is that right

I bought it today! Love the little pic of lollipop girl in the corner
There is also a article about Mika in the Oor of this week, but it costs 6,70 euro wich was a bit to expansive for me to buy, Mika is already costing me too much mony with al the articles in the Dutch magazines

Ohw thanx Zahara! I heard that he was going to be in there, but didn't know when. Hmm gotta see if I know someone who has the Veronica Magazine
-
Please do record it! For all of us who sadly enough live outside the UK gosh wish I lived in England again
-
Loved it! I like it that he talks a lot to his audience, some artist don't do that wich makes the show then a bit unpersonal
-
As a host being drunk, I can imagine why Whitney wasn't to happy. Looks like fun for me thow I would love to see Mika drunk on a tv show, curious how he would act. I mean he's crazy and funny already
-
Wow how cool to be there. What did he do when he got annoyed??
Well in the beginning he just started to makes jokes etc... and then his face started to look more annoyed by the minute. At one point he just walked back from the piano to the red couch, poored himself some more champagne and took a seat. Loved that haha

I'm gonna by it to Blue, always nice to have a picture of Mika sitting on a bed and to Tia.. the Volkskrant is a paper for mostly I would say businesspeople? You gotta help me with that one Blue but anyway I barely understand half of what there saying in Dutch so for me translating it to English would be a very bad translating haha maybe someone else is up to it?
-
There's a piece about Mika in today's Volkskrant.

Enjoy!

I was at the recording of the show! I knew he would come so I called the show to see if I could be in the audience.. and I could! It was great, met Mika before the show, wich was really nice. He's really sweet and tall I absolutly loved the performance but also the soundcheck. That was really funny because everything went wrong and at the end Mika got a little annoyed
It was funny to see how he responded to Herman.. at the soundcheck as well.. he had to wait so he said to the audience 'does anyone knows a joke?' and then he went 'oh no we need Herman for that'
Ashame you missed it Kevin... and who knows if he walked past your house, that would suck! He did a showcase at the Bitterzoet Theater is that near your house?
