Ah funny thing, before Mika came out to see us/leave, a couple of people poked their heads out from the err.. inside backstage area. ^^

And some girls were like "I CAN SEE HIM! MIKA IS THERE!! AAAHHH I CAN SEE HIM!!!"

I think Mika was great yesterday I was just so happy to finally get to see him! And he got to sing four songs! His Swedish was just adorable

I feel sorry for you guys who had been standing in the rain! When I arrived in Malmö the rain had stopped.

Of course I forgot to bring my camera, but I took some photos with my sister's phone, I can post them when she has put them on the computer.

he's not that good Oh well, guess I'll learn the lyrics for 3 of his songs, so I can rock along with the teens

Im confused a lil i think.... on the site it says it opens at 13 & 16????? eehhmmmm..... from 13-16 the sign/meet the artists thingy and from 16-? the show?

The show starts at 16. There will be some tents next to the stage where the sponsors of Rix fm will have some competitions and other things. They will probably open at 13. The signings will be there as well, and hopefully they publish the schedule soon, and hopefully Mika will have a signing!

I was at Rix FM festiavl in Växjö yesterday and I must give a warning for the Hassle fans! XD He'll perform in Malmö as well, so there will probably be some screaming teen girls after all... But you people seem to go there quite early anyway, so no risk of not getting in the front Will you save a spot for me, one of the conditions that my sister will go with me to Malmö is that I won't complain to follow her into the shops she wants to go to xD

All the singers yesterday only played three songs each Not even the most popular ones sang more...

Hahah yup, I'm still here! But I'm not on that often nowadays and I rarely post. It's been a long time since I was a proper regular. A very long time actually; back in the good old days in the girls thread. We had such a great gang going! Shame it ended. But I guess it was bound to. I don't have the time now anyway.

 

I might sound pessimistic but I'm really just trying to be realistic. And protecting myself from disappointment. If he shows I'll be as happy as ever!! Esp as it'd be something I didn't really expect. ^^

This is Sweden we're talking about. A festival in Sweden. And not even a proper one. (Plus I'm able to go. ) This is the third time he's booked at a festival here. He cancelled Rix Fm last time in Stockholm and he cancelled Way Out West in Gothenburg. (I'm not saying I don't believe he'll come. I don't know what I believe. Just not counting on anything.) Third time's a charm? We'll just have to wait and see.

But he did cancel Rix Fm because he got ill, something with his ear I think? Can't remember why he cancelled Way out west though...

But that can't happen this time XD

Oh it's def our MIKA. Rix FM is a very mainstream radio channel. They'd play no other dodgy, let's say Belgian, Mika.

IF he shows that is. I'm surprised no one's mentioned that he cancelled last time he was supposed to come.

Well there is a picture of him there, but the tracks they put up have titles I don't recognise, so I'm a touched confused.

They have the wrong tracks for the guy Kim who is playing as well, so I guess it is just Last FMs fault or something

It is the real Mika, there is even a picture of him at the website. And it has been published on several sites now, I was a bit unsure if it could be true when I only had seen it at one place ^^

It's not inside, it's outside at the square. No idea why they say 13...

Be there early so you get a good place. Some singers from Swedish Idol will be performing too, so expect a lot of 13 year old fan girls XD

Why do you think he will play only 3 songs? Do you know more info?

 

It's RIX Fm festival, many singers are performing, and usually they only perform about three songs each :/ At least that has been the case the two last years I've been watching it.

Have you been to Malmö before? If you know where the shopping street is, from the train station, it's just to follow there. And then there is a huge stage, where Mika will be If you wont find it, I can find you! XD
