  1. sure :naughty:

But in Munich most of the German Mika fanclub members will be present...and Anna is going, too. We haven't met in ages. (2 years???) So, yeah, I guess Munich will be one of the gigs I'm looking forwards to the most (people-wise)...besides Amsterdam of course :wink2:

Yep, I think we last met in London -08. Will be fun! :thumb_yello: My sister is also coming to Berlin & Munich. Seems like I've forced my whole family to love Mika. :fisch:

  2. Pixie Lott of course! :mf_rosetinted:

She didn't need much encouraging, she asked if the deluxe copy was worth it, I said yep, the gig was amazing and he is so good live, so she bought a deluxe copy! I should so get paid for my promo work!

    Why not Pixie Lott? :mf_rosetinted:

I've told everyone to buy deluxe CD too so that they would be able to hear how amazing live performer Mika actually is. And of course there's Lover Boy in it. :thumb_yello:

  3. A girl was trying to decide between Mika and Pixie Lott...so i helped! Lol!

Hehe, hard to guess who's record she bought in the end... :naughty:

I'm officially in love with this album. It's fantastic in every single way! :mf_lustslow::thumb_yello: Mika definitely makes the music world a better place. :wub2:

  4. The whole situation feels a bit weird, here we can have as many tickets as we need, for free, and people can’t come.

It’s too long etc and I understand that, it was the same for me with Malmö, too long and too expensive for only a short gig!

That's so true. Travelling in the Nordic countries is really expensive and distances are quite long. But this time the major problem is that the whole thing was announced last minute. :aah:

Only the Gulf of Bothnia separates me from Sweden so I'm still considering about this. :teehee:

And what i would do in Finland :teehee: I'd look for a nice rockstar to marry :mf_rosetinted:

I hope you don't bump into Mr Lordi... :roftl:

  5. Thanks to all for your lovely reports from last night!

The whole gig seems like a lot of FUN! I'm so happy for everyone who got a chance to be there. :groovy:

    Oh yes absolutely!:wub2:

    Let's do it!:thumb_yello:

I heard Mika mention in an interview “the concert in a church in Berlin had been the best on the acoustic tour and people were standing and jumping on the benches in the church”:biggrin2:

I think we can agree on the best gig thing and….oh I love that man and his way of exaggerating things:naughty:

Oh Berlin! It was like a huge party in the church. Memories... :wub2:

  6. Incredibly amazing.

Like said before, it shows perfectly well Mika's talent in writing such heartbreaking lyrics. I adore the way he uses personifications when describing such emotions. All of those images have so much passion in them. :wub2:

I love the fact this special song will be in the new record. :teehee: Some people might see the whole thing as an oddball but I adore it. It's another wonderful example of how amazingly gifted Mika is in so many different levels. :fangurl:

  7. I picture the One Foot Boy as a symbol for part of his conscience. And he's sitting on his shoulder - similar to those scenes where you see a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other both telling you what to do all day.

I was thinking something similar. For me One Foot Boy is like that little creature who was living inside Professor Emerald's hat in Doctor Snuggles. Both lyrics and melody have some magical old-fashioned children animation quality in them. :wub2:

So far this is one of my favorite songs. Can't wait to hear the whole thing. :thumb_yello:

  8. If it is, it is taken from The Simpsons, I guess.

It was the title of an episode in the 1990s.

    :teehee:

Scooby Doo! I was thinking the same. :thumb_yello:

I really like the title! Not just because it refers to Simpsons but the style of it reminds me of David Bowie's album title 'the Man Who Sold the World'. Very 70's!

And that artwork is really cool... Just perfect. :wub2:
