Vous me faites rire tellement! C’est vrai.:roftl:

Avec ou sans Mika,à Osheaga il y a déjà 5 bands que je veux voir. Alors je commence a economiser pour y aller tout la fin de semaine…je doute que j’aurais 160$ mais, je vais faire un effort.

  3. I think no one can stay angry too long.

I guess I was more disappointed than angry, because obviously I wanted to go sooo much. But it's all better now. I'm looking forward to the tour and most definitely, I will get the chance to see Mika then!

Hopefully then I'll get a chance to meet all the Mika fans I didn't get a chance to meet August 10th. :thumb_yello:

There is also no chance for me to see him in New York, :( I have to work on Thursday and it was a little bit of a crazy idea...I was blinded by the wish to see him in concert.

Don't worry fans, I'm sure we'll get a chance to see him soon.

For now, let's all hope he gets well soon, so he can continue to perform in the amazing way he always does.

  4. Just got mine this morning! YAY!

The pictures are great, and af far as I can tell, the partitures correct, but I am not an expert piano player, I just started 2 years ago on my own, so I'm a litle bit lost when I have to play such complicated songs. (They are to me anyways.)

There is just the lyrics that I'm not so sure about, in Grace Kelly, the book says: "try to be green, try to be mean, gotta be everything more." and well, as I'm sure everyone knows in the CD booklet it's: "gotta be green, gotta be mean, gotta be everything more."

There is also in Over My shoulder the "Fog out my daylight" witch I think someone in an other tread said it was "Fork out my daylight."

Those are the things I can tell you about, but I'm sure if you want to learn to play the songs in guittar or piano, it's a good book.

I'm gonna go practice now. :biggrin2: Hopefully this helps someone.

  5. mmm...this is as random as I think my information will ever get.

Did you know that in the Member Birthdays calendar, there is a birthday for everyday of the year (more like many birthdays each day) except for January 3rd?

It's true, there is no members birthdays on JANUARY 3RD! CRAZY!

Go ahead, check it out here!

Well, I hope you appreciate the randomness of my thought.

  6. ok just bought it! sould be here in a week tops :)

    woohoo!

I'm still waiting for mine, but I'm pretty sure it's an original, a company can't just publish a book with an artist's name just like that.

Sivan, that is sooo awesome that you can play Billy Brown already! :biggrin2: I'm sure it's just a matter of getting used to it, and you will be able to learn all the songs.

I understand how to read notes, but it takes me a while to process the information, it's like I have to translate it into simple notes. So hopefully, I will be able to learn to play these song too. I know it will take a lot of time, but I'm sure practice will make perfect. :wink2:

  7.

Hey there !!!! Welcome to the forum and welcome to the Canadian Thread !!! You'll see everyone is friendly here !!! Hope you'll have a great time and looking forward to meet yet another MFCer on august 10th !!! :thumb_yello:

Thank you so much! :) Me too, I look forward to meeting all the canadian mika fans.

  8. Well, Hello all Canadian Mika Fans, I'm new in the forum. It's nice to know there are so many Canadians here.

I live in Quebec, in a town 15 minutes away from Ottawa and I'm moving to Montreal at the end of august, so when I found out Mika would have a concert only 20 minutes away from Montreal...I knew I had to do something to GO!

I'm trying to plan my trip there right now, and I hope everything works out, because it would really suck if I miss this opportunity!

Anyways, just wanted to say hello! :biggrin2:

  9. Hi everyone in the Mika Fan Club! My name is Carolina and I live in Canada.

I fist hear Mika on the Radio where I work. But I could only hear the "why don't you like me part" after many "I have to look for this song" I DID look for it and found Life in Cartoon Motion.

Since that day, I can't get enough...I must listen to it everyday, It has been on repeat on my mp3 player since I found it!

Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and present myself. :)
