Yet, I often find that when I post I get little or no response.

Yeah, it happens to me quite often too...

But i just post anyway, on the off-chance that even if this post won't get a reply, maybe the next one will

I consider myself as a reader more than a poster....once in a while, i'll find a thread and i'll read it from beginning to end.

Nowadays, I post less because i feel like i'm interrupting, as someone said earlier in this thread..But i'm happy with the occasional post

I don't usually think much about stuff like this...but, i guess i have two different 'modes'...

As in, when someone talks to me in Cantonese, I quickly switch to my 'Cantonese' mode and understand and respond quickly without translation..

But if you say something in English VERY soon after that and I wasn't really expecting it, I'll probably try and figure out what that means in Cantonese (and get absolutely no sense out of it ) and then I figure it out in English

i come here very often recently, but english not very well, just could "guess" something here is going on...if have Chinese(Traditional) would be helpful....though, have a Chinese(Traditional) version seems difficult thing to be, so, just want to say....I'll do what i can do, try the best to help new chinese guys....we are friendly and hospitable!!

I know two people with same first and last name...4 boys with same first name (who goes to the same school), 5 girls with first name 'Jennifer' and two other girls with the same name as mine
