Clelia! here in Argentina, we're getting the DVD on November 29th, it is, this thursday!!! It can be bought in a store called Musimundo, I dunno if it exists in Brazil. The bad thing: they arrive later...same to the TV shows (WMAs are aired on Dec 7th)...but you'd have to pay the same importing from Argentina it's even more unfair!!! hahaha. So yes, the shipping is more expensive...

 

Our LICM album, it says "Version for Argentina, Uruguay and Chile", but it's the same than the European one...haha I dunno why the name...

 

Oh! I have a question...what is a 7" vinyl and 12" vinyl?? Sorry, but here they don't exist (I guess)

In my opinion, as the people from São Paulo like so much American singers, the stores prefer to sell American CDs and DVD.

I do realize that some lines are shorter than others, and I’m very sorry, but in order to be fair, I placed everyone’s usernames into a randomizer, typed them out in the random order that they were mixed in, and then distributed each line.

 

It is VERY important that everyone signed up takes part in this, and if for some reason you can no longer take part, please let me know so that I can substitute your name for someone else on the waiting list. If you would like to take part and are not already signed up, please tell me and I will add your username to the waiting list. elanorelle has kindly volunteered to supply us with music, and I will send a copy of the song to each of you through PM sometime within the next few days, so that you will know the speed/pitch to sing.

 

The song is a compilation of both harabel and Finkster's ideas.

 

violet_sky will be putting together the artwork/booklet for the CD, and avoca will be delivering it in December.

 

 

What To Do

1) Record yourself singing your line using a microphone (if you do not have a microphone, you may video yourself singing it---I do not have to see you, I just need your voice---and I will extract the audio). It is best if you play the song through your headphones or very faintly in the background while singing so that you will have the speed/pitch down right.

2) Save the file as, preferably, a .wav or .mp3 file.

3) Email it to me at mikachristmas@gmail.com

 

IF YOU WANT you may also record a VERY short message (by short, I mean no more than about 5 seconds), giving your name/username, where you are from/Merry Christmas wish/whatever. This will be mixed in after the song itself as a sort of introduction of each singing member. If you do not want to record a message, that’s okay.

 

A time-fitting message would be something like:

I agree with you. The way Mika uses to smile to the people and the way he jokes with everybody is so innocent! This one of the many things that makes me happy when I see him. In our days is so difficult to find people like him. I believe that this makes a difference between him and the others singers.

I agree with each word you wrote about what happened in the MTV Award.

His performance was excellent and he deserved to win no doubt.

But we have to be optimistic and have nice thoughts for the next time!
