Wendi - I give very good injections - people have bared their U-no-what then asked me when I am going to give the needle when I am already done! Wish I could help...look into the extended release meds... there is MS Contin - 12 hr morphine, for example.

What a day! We went to a party last night and it did not stop raining! The 'marquee' blew down the beach and the whole thing was moved indoors. Then the wind kept up all night and today. There are leaves and twigs raining down!

 

Still, I've bought a mask and snorkel, so I'm going to have a bath instead of a shower and practise.
