  1. Very wonderful words here....

I thought I was goofy for being 31 and adoring Mika, but then I thought. I don't want to marry, kiss, chicken or anything else with the man, I would just love to sit and listen to him...lol... I find him actually deep. I am an artist so I am cheesy that way.

I don't think I can let myself get obsessed like I did with (NKOTB) when I was a little girl. I drove myself mad back then.

I know that I will never get to meet Mika, so I think that is why I don't become obsessed like a lot have become.

I don't even know if this is on topic...lol... Im still sick so forgive me.... OH and I quit smoking! 5 days so far....HAHAHA... WOOT......

  8. Back in 1985 I wore braces (didn't call them that, suspenders here)

They were crimson colored with gold clasps and adjuster slips.

    I was 15.

It just added to my visual weirdness. I was one of the two students voted Most Indivdualistic in high school and I did it was home made clothes/outfits.

I was getting ready to say, that was a big Fashion thingy in the US in the 80's and so were the skinny ties...lol...

I LOVED THE 80's and I loved my Big hair....lol...

As for the video, I think she is a darling girl, and my daughters love her and yes I watch Hanna Montana, but the Emphasis on the breast movement were not for her age...lol... I loved the outfit though...lol... :punk: :punk:

  9. Thank goodness! I totally missed this earlier -- but won't at 11 :naughty:

OOOO Me either! I was flipping through the channels (charter communications) and I flipped to the BBC channel and I saw Ozzy and Sharon, I was like WOAH that looks like the Brit Awards and I looked at the info and it was... I was like dang it I missed it, thennnnnnnnnnnn I saw it comes on at 11:00 too... So I set my reminder...lol...

I didn't think about it again till just now, so I am off to get settled on the couch to watch it... I am so excited.... I don't even really know how to feel...lol....

I know Im a dummy, but I can't help it.

Thank you all for being here, I don't know what I would do now without my MFC fix....

  10. Ok I see that North Carolina was added to the list, thank you so very much....

BUT.... add that Asheville is very colorful, people and MOUNTIANS! Asheville is very big in the arts. Very open place and very open minded....Plus we have the Biltmore house that is beautiful!....lol

There thats one good reason to come to Asheville NC....lol:thumb_yello:

  11. Hi!

I just got back from my linedancing class (which i know at first doesnt sound very cool at all!) but anyway the last few weeks we ve been learning somes really good dances to Big Girl and Grace Kelly (my suggestion that we learn them just so i can listen to the songs more!) so i was just wondering if anyone else on here has done or does linedancing, or has had ago at learning some of the dances to mika songs. There are loads of different versions to most of his songs. (Just check out youtube for some good ones and some really bad ones too!)

P.S Although the idea of linedancing doesnt sound very cool, its great fun and excercise and you meet loads of new people:thumb_yello:

haha... I love line dancing, but the only ones I know are the Electric Slide and the Cupid Shuffle....lol...

Around here there are nothing but Country bars, and thats all they do....

Congrats on the fun with Mika tunes!:thumb_yello:

  12. Small venues are great, even in England, but I would sacrifice that intimacy for Mika to be hailed for the star, and the entertainer he is. For him to be top, in every country of the world, including America, would mean so much to me! And Mika has earned the right to be on top, and his music is better than anyone elses!

    Amen, well said!:punk:

  13. :) Yep! I know Asheville very well. I'm quite close, about 20 minutes away, but in the opposite direction from you. :thumb_yello:

Yay, cool! So are you like maybe in Hickory, or Arden, Weaverville? Somewhere like that?

I tried contacting Star 104.3 to see if they have or will play Mika, and no luck yet...lol...

This is so cool, finally knowing someone that is close to me!....hehe..

Ok Im done being a dork...

    Angela
