Act de identitate

Participantii la B'ESTFEST trebuie sa aiba asupra lor un act de identitate valid (B.I., C.I., pasaport, permis de conducere cu poze, certificate de nastere - in original).

Informatii/ obiecte pierdute

In perimetrul B'ESTFEST va exista un birou de informare, care va functiona si ca birou de obiecte pierdute. In cazul in care gasiti sau pierdeti ceva, aici veti putea raporta acest lucru.

Catering/ jetoane

In cadrul festivalului, mancarea si bautura nu poate fi cumparata cu bani cash, ci doar pe baza unor jetoane, pe care le puteti procura de la casieriile festivalului. La sfarsitul fiecarei zile, jetoanele in plus pot fi schimbate in bani. In perimetrul festivalului vor exista mai multe zone-restaurant.

Nu este permis accesul in spatiul festivalulul cu:

Arme sau orice alt obiect ce poate fi considerat periculos, chiar daca planuiti sa-l utilizati pentru camping. Este interzis accesul cu alcool, droguri, orice fel de sticle, animale de companie, pixuri cu laser, bidoane de plastic, conserve, artificii, bannere sustinute de bete (in zona de camping este permis), spray-uri de dimensiuni mari, umbrele, scaune, bauturi sau mancare, umbrele, obiecte potential periculoase, ascutite sau contondente.

Nu va fi permis accesul cu aparate foto profesionale (cu obiective interschimbabile), aparate de inregistrare audio-video.

Nu este permis accesul cu canistre de gaz sau masini de gatit cu benzina, nu este permisa aprinderea de focuri.

Inainte de intrarea in incinta festivalului, toate rucsacurile, sacosele si pachetele vor fi verificate in conformitate cu legea, iar participantii trebuie sa accepte sa se supuna unui control corporal efectuat de personalul nostru de securitate autorizat legal. Refuzul supunerii controlului corporal va atrage interzicerea accesului in zona.

INTOTDEAUNA:

- Sa stiti unde este cea mai apropiata iesire de urgenta

- Urmati instructiunile de siguranta ale personalului de securitate, politiei sau organizatorilor

- Indepartati-va prompt departe de orice pericol

- Anuntati un supraveghetor, politia sau un organizator daca vedeti orice comportament antisocial

- Mutati-va catre o zon? mai libera an cazul in care exista o crestere a numarului de oameni din acea zona

- Cereti ajutor dac? aveti nevoie si ajutati-i pe ceilalti, mai ales cand cineva cade

- Stati calm (daca sunteti in dificultate, cereti sa fiti dus la cortul de prim-ajutor).

thanx for that, i should've tried an english-english dictionary instead of english-german, you're right, this explains it a lot better. so i guess it's like i thought from the context, kind as part of your personality, nice as just a superficial behaviour. we don't have different words for that in german, so no surprise that the dictionary couldn't help me.

so, that kind vs. nice thing, what exactly does it mean? kind isn't the same as polite, which was translated before, is it? does it mean, being kind as a part of your personality, vs. being nice as a mask you put on? it's hard for me to understand the difference between those two words, since the german translation doesn't really make a difference.

I had almost the same feeling like you about this article.

I had Italian grandparents, and studied Italian for several years, but

I am by no means a perfect speaker of the language. However, even I

read some differences in the interpretations and translations. For example

in this latest column, the word "abbraciare" -- means to hug, or embrace.

 

In her original translation, Nezza translated it as "hug", which creates an

entirely different image from the word "embrace." If we read it as

Mika saying he's going to "hug" his family and the people around him,

we say, "Aww, how sweet." But when we realize what he really meant

is that he's going to try to "embrace" them, in the sense that he's

going to be more accepting and understanding and tolerant of them, which

implies maybe he wasn't so happy to have them around all the time in the

past, then that conveys an entirely different image.

 

So to answer your question, I think yeah, there are going to be nuances

of meaning that may get lost in the translation. So, assuming that Mika is

writing these columns in English originally, those are probably the versions

that we should be relying on to more closely understand what he was

trying to say. In my opinion.

Hmm, I must admit I haven't been reading as many books as I used to. I

think I'm spending too much time on the internet.

 

The last book I finished was "Water for Elephants," by Sara Gruen. It was

excellent. It's currently being made into a film starring Reese Witherspoon

and Robert Pattinson -- I hope they don't spoil it!

 

I do have several books waiting to be read, but I haven't started any of

them yet... you've inspired me to start, though!

 

I think I'll tackle Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows -- no, I'm embarrassed

to admit I've not read it yet.

I have read "The Curious Case of Bejnamin Button" by Scott Fitzgerald.

Also I've read "Last Sacrifice" by Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy volume 6) - yeah I know it's one of those teen - vampire - romance non-literature books but 2 years ago I was experimenting on this sort of books, and I needed to know how the series ended.

For school I had to read "Maitreyi" ("Bengal nights" in English) by Mircea Eliade, and so I did read it again... for the 3rd time:roftl:
