  1. Disappointed woman offers lessons in how to propose

A woman is offering lessons in how to propose after being disappointed by her boyfriend’s attempt at asking the question.

Sam Sheppard, 34, claimed she did not even realise her lover was popping the question and the experience was more like “being asked out for pizza” - so she set up a company to train other men in the art of proposing.

She has started her own company, The Proposal Expert, and has already helped couples all over Britain to take the first step toward tying the knot. Although most of her customers have kept secret the fact that they paid her for help.

Well....err.....I'm not really sure what to say about this xD

  2. Hamster comes back from dead on Good Friday

A hamster has come back from the dead 24 hours after being buried alive in a garden.

Lisa Kilbourne-Smith and boyfriend James Davis were looking after the pet hamster, called Tink, for friends when they found her lying lifeless in her cage.

They thought she was dead and wrapped her body in kitchen roll, dug a 1ft deep grave in their flower bed and laid her to rest.

The pair then phoned Tink's owners Nicki Gamble and Jamie Wynn to break the news that the two-and-a-half-year-old had passed away.

But the next day - Good Friday - Mr Davies called back to announce that the hamster had been 'resurrected' after going into hibernation.

She had eaten her way out of her paper shroud, dug her way out of her grave, edged along a narrow wall and then climbed a waste pipe to land in a recycling box.

    SEE! MIRACLES DO HAPPEN! sometimes....

  3. Massive Spring lamb born in Britain

This massive Spring lamb and has named 'Lambo' after tipping the scales at 20lbs - the second biggest ever born in Britain.

Lambo weighs just one pound less than Bruno, who was hailed Britain's biggest ever when he arrived at 21lbs four years ago in Worcestershire.

That is a big lamb Imagine how huge it will be when it's fully grown!

  4. Two-headed shark discovered

Scientists have discovered what they believe to be the first-ever two-headed bull shark.

A study carried our by experts at Michigan State University confirmed the shark was a single shark with two heads, rather than conjoined twins.

"This is certainly one of those interesting and rarely detected phenomena," said Michael Wagner, the university's assistant professor of fisheries and wildlife.

"It's good that we have this documented as part of the world's natural history."

Prof Wagner and his team used MRIs to reveal the shark had two distinct heads, hearts and stomachs, with the remainder of the body joining together at the back to form a single tail.

Remind me never to go swimming again!

  5. Argh sorry for not posting Things have been happening in my life, oh so many things xD

Women make better bosses than men because they are fairer and have more scruples, according to a new study.

Companies with female board members are more likely to make decisions that benefit everyone from investors to staff and not just themselves and other directors, the study added.

Take that men! (Yes I know I'm a man but shh! :naughty: )

  6. The worlds smallest book!

Costing an enormous $15,000 (around £10,000), the smallest book yet made is a 30 micro-tablet book carved on a pure crystalline silicon page, measuring just 70 micrometres by 100 micrometres. Etched using an ion beam at the Simon Fraser University, Canada, the book is called Teeny Ted from Turnip Town. The author of the book is Malcolm Douglas Chaplin and it was published by Robert Chaplin. The book even has its own ISBN reference, ISBN-978-1-894897-17-4, though you will need a scanning electron microscope to read a copy.

Quite expensive for a little book...

  7. We read our old friend's books today with my friends:naughty: (you know those books where you ask your friends to write about their favourite bands and what they wanna do when they grow up and so on). We had written those when we were around 8 years old. It was so cute because everyone wanted to be a princess or a granma:blink:...

Aww I bet that made you think of all sorts of good times :D

  8. Well, here is my final farewells.

While I have greatly enjoyed my time here at MFC, I feel like I need to say good bye to the social part. While it was fun for a while, I feel as if it has given me loads of unwanted stress. From this point on, my life will focus on making sure my daughter has the best life possible, my health, and finishing school on time. I had a very wonderful time with you guys over the past year, and I hope those who wish to keep in contact do! I can still be reached at my e-mail, Twitter, and Tumblr! Feel free to write me there, but my time here as an avid chatter here is over. Thank you to everyone who made such a positive impact on such a rough time in my life! Kisses to all, and I will try to check in sometime in the future, but until then!:huglove:

  9. When I first heard TOOL I actually thought "NO THIS ISN'T MIKA WHAT IS HE DOING BLAH BLAH BLAH"

But then I actually listened to the songs and found out that he seems more genuine in this than LICM and TBWKTM, (Although happy ending just blows me away each time) it seems like a much warmer sound, more honest, more open and less lonely.

He appears to be more content and happier than the both the other albums, it's like the other albums he was hiding behind the little characters he created.

I've grown to love this more then the other albums because of this :wink2:
