2 years is a long time to listen to the same song, but since it took me 4 years to find out more about Mika and his other songs. I'm not saying a thing :fisch:

Great that you've found MFC. It's definitely the right place if you like Mika, you'll have a lot of fun here. :wink2:

Oh I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who's a little bit late here :biggrin2: And I already have fun here :wink2:

  2. Hello hello helloooooooooo!!

Welcome to the MFC!! I like your story, as that's what I do with most artists.. xD I usually only like one song of them and I stop searching.. :naughty: But I searched for Mika as soon as I knew his name (how could you stick to one song for two years??:naughty:) Haha well, I hope you'll make lots of new friends on here and have a lot of fun! :biggrin2:

Haha I'm glad you liked my story, I really don't know how I did that for two years and I do regret it. Now I can't imagine not knowing him whit his absolutely fantastic music and personality :wub2:

I hope that too! You guys are awesome here :biggrin2:

  3. Welcome Nore, enjoy yourself here :thumb_yello:

    Hello Nora...:wink2:

    Welcome to the MFC..!!!:flowers2:

Thank you for welcoming me! :wub2:

    Hello Nora :bye:

    Welcome to MFC :welcomeani:

Your mum has good taste. :thumb_yello: Will we be seeing her here also? :teehee:

Hi Nora, it is always good to hear of a new fan - or in your case two as there is your mum too:thumb_yello:

I would love if my mother would be as passionate about artists as I am but sadly she isn't. She doesn't care about a singer's life, she just listens to the music :) And she doesn't speak English at all :D But I've already shown her all of Mika's songs and she picked out at least 12 favorites :naughty: I always try my best to explain the lyrics to her.

  4. Hi guys! I think I'm finally getting to understand how this forum works :blush-anim-cl:

So my name is Nora (but my nickname used by friends I met on the internet is Kiro) and as you can see, I'm from Hungary.

Well, my story started in 2011, when I started listening to Happy Ending. It became one of my all time favorite songs, I even used to wake up to it. I have no idea why, but by that time I didn't really bothered to look around and see who Mika exactly is. I just listened to that song over and over again and that was enough for me for two years.

Then, about three weeks ago, my mother came home and told me that she heard a really good song in the mall and the TrackID app on her phone recognized it. Guess what, it was the Origin of Love! She asked me to download the song for her so I looked it up on youtube and by the second listen I was in love with it. Suddenly I felt the need to get more and more information about this guy. I started watching interviews with him and I realized how perfectly talented and wonderful he is! Instead of that one song, I downloaded the whole album and within a week I had his whole discography on repeat.

So I guess I have a new favorite singer. Now I'm looking forward to have enough money to buy a copy of TOOL and then his two other albums as well. Because I just need to have them!

I'm really glad that I found this site, it's so good to see a fandom that is so energetic and inspiring!

  5. And a very good novel it is too :naughty:

Hi and welcome to the MFC :bye:

If you start a thread here http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3 and tell us a little about yourself (you can repeat what you have already posted) then other fans can welcome you too :thumb_yello:

Thank you for your welcome and advice! :blush-anim-cl:

    Hi Nóra, :welcomeani:

Yes,Happy Ending is the only reason why I watch X faktor till the very end:teehee:

I think xfaktor was the reason why I started listening to Happy Ending :wink2:

    Hmm, I wrote a novel, sorry :'D
