This morning I called ProOffice in The Netherlands and they were amazed by the amount of orders. They will send every one who ordered a mail, regarding shipping costs and the time of delivery. They will ship to any country. If I can help with anything, like address etc, just ask and I can help. 

Maybe I can give an example:

Voornaam: Ingrid (surname)

Achternaam: Luberti (backname)

Straatnaam: Kapteynstraat (streetname)

Huisnr: 107 (house number)

Toev: - (maybe app number in cause you live in a flat)

Plaatsnaam: Hilversum (town)

Land: The Netherlands (country)

You can pay by PayPal or ideal(which is immediately by bankcard).

You do not need to fill in any company name if you pay by those two.

I still laugh when I think back at my phonecall, the guy couldn't stop laughing and being amazed by orders from Korea, Japan, Finland etc :)))))))))
