Click Account, then on the left click Avatar, and it will give you a choice to either select one or upload one of your own (80x80 or smaller). Mika has been known to lurk here, and whether he posts or not, we can't be sure. He says that he reads it from time to time, but of course he cannot come on all the time as he is incredibly busy.
