Here's a simple voting routine one is free to use: - Vote each of the links - The link takes you directly to both categories of MIKA in the middle of the page! - Click repeatedly "vote" for 10 times (the maximum) - Close the window and open a new one from the list - Vote as much as you can - the only limit is your own health Africa Adria Baltic Denmark Finland France Germany Italy Netherlands Norway Poland Portugal Romania Something wrong with the page now Spain Sweden Turkey UK & Ireland Rest of Europe THANK YOU FOR VOTING!
