Actually, I just ordered it last week from Amazon.co.uk and it arrived today - pretty fast for transatlantic. It is amazing! I have mostly listened to "Grace Kelly" but I am really into "Relax (Take it Easy)" at the moment... I haven't explored all of the extras, but there are some bonus tracks and additional things on the web, no?
