So did I. Recording now

It was when I first heard GK and I initially thought it was a singer doing a mickey take. Then after another listen I loved it and when straight on to iTunes but didn't know who sang it. I thought it was the Macabees but after a little hunting I bought the song and then when on the tinternet to find out more about the man they called Mika and, hey presto, my obsession began

You know you're obsessed when you see a bag of marshmallows in Iceland and the first thing that comes into your head is Chubby Bunny:blush-anim-cl:

JUlie - I think a book would be better, unless you're prepared to get some hefty billboard type of card with everyones messages printed on it LOL

I will go out on Monday to WH Smiths and get a scrapbook (as big as possible) I will have a looksee and then PM you back when I have found what I think is the right thing and then you can yay or nay it. I am really looking forward to contributing to this project and seeing what everybody will do.....Thank you

Where is the main post? I thought this was it (am very confused you know, I am very old)

There seems to be some confustion as to what to send. Can everyone send messages for Mika to me then I print them out and put them in a scrapbook. Is it messages or cards.....messages would probably be easier as you can send them via email:thumb_yello: . Caz, I need you confirmation on the above. Also a deadline would be good.....and when to get started sending me the messages/cards.

I don't think I have every heard the whole of that song without blubbing. It is just so sad and beautiful..when I fancy a good cry I just pop in Watership Down get to the part when Bright Eyes comes up then turn it off......

The postal strike will last for hours and start on the 29th June.......So I could send it on the following Monday to our next volunteer

I'll find out when the postal strike will take place but whatever I can send it special delivery which is before noon the next day to the person who is going to deliver to him.

I have working colour printer but there is going to be a postal strike soon. How about ppl email me their stuff and I print it off and put it in a scrap book. But the other thing is I'm not going to see him in July/August. But I dont mind doing the work....it will be worth it
