  1. Hey! I'm short and relatively skinny with a small waist, but I have a D cup so that usually makes T shirts IMPOSSIBLE to buy. If you're worried about the shirt stretching in the chest, you could always do what I've learned to do and get a men's size small. It fits me really well - though obviously not as curve-hugging as the girl's shirt - and there's plenty of room for boobs :thumb_yello:

That is always my problem. If I get a shirt that fits in length and width, it's soooooo tight in the chest! Grrr...when will clothing manufacturers learn?

  2. Hello shoppers!

I bought the medium at the gig which is my usual size. I DO NOT put it in the dryer and it hasn't shrunk or gone all weird in the boobular area.

I like my shirts form fitting though not all bagy. Hope that helps.

    lol...boobular

  3. I think simply that the press likes put on "le feu aux poudres" and if the SS unfortunately fall into this game that's null.

I love the SS but I see that MIKA has much more than talent he has intellect not to clash with that kind of conflict contrary to the SS whose their statements are the golden days of the press ...

Sorry again for my english but I hope that's comprehensible :wink2:

You're probably right. It doesn't seem likely that they would just go out there and start saying thigns like that for no reason. Either that or they were joking..

  4. I know! It's stupid isn't it? I mean... Look at the BeeGees! WOo! :roftl:

That's what I always say! If MIKA is copying Scissor Sisters, then Scissor Sisters are copying the BeeGees! Musical artists are inspired by other artists and that's just the way it is :biggrin2:

  5. okaaay :biggrin2:

which one are you looking for?

i have a white mika tshirt from the tour but it's a bit short.. but the size is um.. a bit small... :lol3:

It's the black women's tee with the Yasmine logo. I'm kinda thinking to go with a size up from what I hear so far.

  6. i thought they were huuuuuuuuuuge at the gig...

    well... the hoodies are !

Usually they are, but a lot of the time they are adult men's sizes so it's hard to tell. The one I'm looking at is specifically made for women.

    :biggrin2:

  7. Well, the ones we got at the gig fit reeeeally small. A small fits me, but I'm pretty tiny... My friend who wears a medium had to get a large because the actual medium was too small, so yeah. Sorry, I don't know the exact dimensions, but if the shirts you're looking at are the same ones as you can get at a gig then I'd recommend getting a size up...:thumb_yello:

Thanks so much, that's just what I needed!

  8. Hey,

I was about to buy a tee from MIKA's official site but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the sizes run big, small...I'm looking at the women's shirt with the

Yasmine logo. I just don't want it to shrink up or be all stretchy in the booby area lol.

  9. 1. Feb 14th, Seattle: He sang right to my face during Love Today. I died right then and there, but luckily came back to life for the rest of the show.

    2. Accidentally bopped him in the face with a balloon during Lollipop. He didn't seem to notice too much though! Or just played it off like the pro he is!

    3. Met him after the show!! He wasn't supposed to talk due to a sore throat. I just walked up silently and handed him my ticket to sign. He asked me if I was having a good night and I replied "of course!" A girl we met at the show took a picture of him signing the ticket and he has this big smile on his face. I'm sure I look like a big dork but luckily my hair is covering most of my face.

:wub2: Best night!! I hope he comes back soon! Or to Portland this time so I don't have to take the bus again...but I will do it for MIKA!!

  10. Angel of light......:wub2: :wub2: l_225ccc514cb8e9befa107a46734ab280.jpg

Hey Elanorelle, I tried tor reply to your PM but it said you didn't have enough space :(

Anyway, Yes my pic is from outside the SoDo, I had soooooo much fun that night and I must say I am very impressed not only with MIKA's talent, but how nice he was, coming out there to meet all of us even though he was sick.

Of course I remember you! (but I didn't know you were you lol) Your umbrella was so creative, I'm so glad you know MIKA got it!

  11. What I wrote:

Clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. It is understandable to simply dislike a certain type of artist, however you basically state that MIKA is not a artist, then follow this up with textbook "criticism." What did you do? Google "Mika, Criticism" and copy/paste what you found?

As an Opera singer, I will correct you: Mika is VERY talented.

P.S. No soul? If you've ever seen him play "Any Other World" (ever even hear of that one?) I think you'd disagree.

  12. Awww....you should have. You would have been a great Lollipop girl! BTW.....I love your avatar pic :wub2:

*sigh* oh well, with any luck he'll do it again. I'm having high hopes that he'll come back to Seattle since the show was sold out!!

I LURVE that pic!! It's my default myspace as well...Now I just have to wait for my pic of him signing my ticket, I had someone take it and send it to my friend's e-mail...I want it so bad, MIKA is all smiley!!!

  13. I do have more...but not sure if I will get to it this morning. I need to check out of the hotel pretty soon and then will go shopping with DaMango before heading back to Seattle and beyond. I am so glad that Mana is posting in the Vancouver thread. Later I will have a bit to say over there...but for now I am just hanging on her beautiful posts and lovely thoughts.

I want to post a pic of the first people in the queue....they were very nice. I think one of them posted in this thread.....can't find it now. I have a pic, but it is not on my computer yet. ARGHHH so much to do, so little time. :naughty:

It was me!! :biggrin2: And my friend Todd but I don't think he is a member on here.

Thank you again for the goodies! I saw Mika look down at my flashing heart and smile. (I had accidentally twisted it on so I can only imagine what it looked like)

My feet are still numb from standing so long, but everytime I start to complain, I look at my signed Mika ticket and feel all better!

  14. Sooo amazing!!!

My friend Todd and I were the ones who got there at noon. We waited outside until the bar opened up and then we went in there. If it makes you guys feel better at least two of those people up front (us!) had been there all day too, so it wasn't all just a bunch of people who got there late and got lucky.

Afterwards we waited outside and got to meet Mika. He was so sweet!! I didn't want to make him speak so I just handed him my ticket but then he asked me how I was doing and I told him I was sorry he was sick.

Then I limped away on my poor little high heeled feet.

(I'm in the background of the pic with the t-shirt girls...I'm in a dress sucking on a lollipop)
