OK, guys, I'd like to stop the Bernie Bashing in this thread and move on

I'm still waiting to hear from Vero and Danie and Claudine and a good number

of others about their experiences at this gig -- and I expect some

photos or videos from cheeseygoodness? I didn't miss those, did I?

was this a GA gig? where people had been queueing all day to be at the front???

yes, it was general admission. i was in the front row, and i had no problem. but i know that when Mika comes on, people tend to cram closer together. there was a stage invasion, that gig and i KNOW how squished and pushed people got, especially in the back. i was the second on stage, so i couldn't experience it first hand, but i saw everyone's expressions, and it was scary. even after i got off the stage, and tried to get to my stuff, i had to squeeze through people, cause they wouldn't move an inch!

after that show, i was leaving the venue and this rude woman said to me "don't f-ing push me! b-tch!" i was at least 5 ft away from her, and certainly didn't push her.

no matter how horrible people in the audience have been, i always manage to have a good time. i could never blame mika, for that.

If you've spent $200 dollars on Mika merch, especially DVDs, then surely you should understand what a Mika concert is like. Especially being in the 6th row, you should have expected some kind of comotion.

It's kind of unfair to judge Mika's fans by the way SOME people acted in your row.

I don't know how your other concerts have been, but it's hard to believe that all of them are sit downs shows.

I's sorry you had such a terrible time, but with your ailments, i don't think you should go to such a rowdy show. Next time, please go to a Niel Diamond concert. You might have a better time there.

This was my 4th Mika concert. My first one wasn't the best experience, though I had hope for a better show. If I were you, I would hold out for something more. If you were a real Mika fan, you wouldn't be complaining.

And as for your "trashy American" comment... Coming from someone that isn't particularly patriotic, I took great offense to that comment, and I'm very glad to see that you see yourself as trashy, too.

ME too!!!! It is amazing!!! Now we KNOW h o w it feels to WAIT for a new album! We all just stumbled across LICM . . this time we got the full blown anticipation - Mika blows my mind more and more all the time! The MAGIC is back and this time it is EVEN more powerful then before!!!!

A few days ago, i heard "Pick Up Off The Foor", and i immediately recognized that Mika sang some of in the LiveICM DVD. At 6:50 in the "Long Way From Home" documentary, he plays it on the piano, and sings it.

I couldn't find a thread for the song, so i hope this is ok.
