    plus, if i understood it correctly, the recorded versions of biotg and rain will be different from the live versions too... :wink2:

     

    So they will air the recorded versions of BIOTG and Rain tonight??

    I really hope so as the live version of BIOTG has this technical problem with the sound in the middle at 2:38...

     

    The 1 hour show that is on tonight was completely pre-recorded.

     

    The 1/2 hour show that was live on Tuesday was totally live.

     

    So, tonight's show will be different performances of Rain and BIOTG plus PUOFT - which was stunning.

     

    In total he did 5 performances - Rain x 2; BIOTG x 2 and PUOTF x 1

    This is how it goes: I pop in the cd click to open the files and a list of tracks (audio files) opens up. No web page. No points have been redeemed. I feel as if I've had the wrong cd put in my deluxe pack. But my cheap one does the same (but with one less track!)

     

    Ruth, I have the same problem. My deluxe CD doesn't let me register for Mikaclubcardadvantagenectarairmiles points either. I don't get the page that Caz posted and I don't get any pdf download either. Oh, and I-Tunes has Loverboy (which I think sounds a LOT like Killer Queen, BTW) listed as WAG acoustic, too....

    Not much more to add to Sara and Caz's reports, but suffice to say, it was a fantastic night! I can't believe that we were the only ones that were getting into it - I couldn't help but dance in my own unique, unco-ordinated way!!

    Looking forward to tomorrow night's show :thumb_yello:

    Well, I would also love to be there, but there's no way I can be in central London at lunchtime Monday, so, like so many others, I am hoping for a miracle of some sort, but if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. At least I'll get a decent night's sleep on Monday and won't have to suffer the anxiety of driving in central London for the first time in my 36 years!!

    Hi, I hope everyone is well.....Some of you may have noticed that I haven't been around for a while.... Unfortunately, RL has really taken over the last few months, but thankfully it all seems to be starting to settle down now. Hopefully I'll be able to start spending some more time on here again, but in the meantime, if anyone can fill me in on what's been happening, it would be very much appreciated!

     

    Huge thanks to Babs, Sari and Jems who have been extremely supportive over recent weeks - you're lovely :wub2:

     

    It looks like you all had a blast in London last weekend at the party - I'll start looking forward to next year's now :thumb_yello:

    Hi all, it was lovely to catch up with some familiar faces and meet some new ones at the weekend!!

     

    Gig was great - me and my friend were at the side about 4 rows back and had quite a good view. There were a few inconsiderate people pushing in front of us, and dancing around shouting stuff out when SS was trying to speak...but I suppose this sort of thing happens at most gigs and there's not much that can be done about it!!! We didn't let it spoil the night though!

     

    What did put a bit of a downer on things was the 3 hour journey home because of the appalling London underground system :badmood::hair:

    Am I missing something?

     

    You post, under the definition for "advertise", to call attention to. Surely that is what a siggie is doing? Otherwise it's pointless to have it there.

    The whole idea behind a signature is to have people look at it, and that is done by drawing attention to it.

     

    Hence why the guidelines would include the "religious signatures scenario".

     

     

    To be honest, and without wanting to offend anyone, I am getting fed up with this battle.

    Why is it such a big deal to not have religious or political siggies on a fanclub forum?

    Have we all lost the plot?

    Last time I checked, a fanclub forum was not the best place for people to be venting religious and political beliefs- This would be better done elsewhere.

     

    Some people have actually said that the only reason why they come onto the MFC is to speak to their buddies in the christian thread- Well, if that really is so, why not just take the discussion elsewhere, to a place where you feel like you can say what you like, and forget about mfc?

     

    Would that not be better than having this futile battle about what should be rightfully allowed and what not?

    I just don't get it.

     

    What you say makes perfect sense. At the end of the day, this is the Mika Fan Club. Yes, there are a number of random, generic chit-chat threads, but surely there are other forums/websites where more specialised debates and discussions could take place.....would a member of a Christian forum/chatroom/website (if there is such a thing) start a topic chatting about Mika? I don't know, possibly.... At this rate, the internet will soon end up with the same threads, discussions and debates taking place on different websites....then it will become overloaded and explode. Then what will we all do?? :shocked:

    First- Chupa Chups rock, yes. And they are spanish!!

     

    Second- Who said it was taken 5 years ago?

     

    Third- I beg to differ: I think that David is more flop than hot :roftl:

     

    Fourth- I had glasses, got the laser done, now I am perfect. So maybe my vision of David is more accurate? :naughty:

    I did that too at the Botanique tho, I filmed my hand on the speaker and my mobile I had put on the stage, just to prove how close we were and that I wasn't zooming on the video lol. I refrained from grabbing the singer's shoes tho :naughty:

     

    I'm ashamed to say....I felt like one last night....I have a very sore throat this morning and can't wait til the 4th October....:wub2:
