  1. I've just found this:roftl:

Mika talking about Lebanon & Baalbeck on BBC Radio:thumb_yello:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/programmes/outlook/news/story/2007/04/070420_mika_uk.shtml

Awww thanks for the link Joyce :wink2: you see i told you that he have ambitions to make a gig in baalbeck..but i don't think he'll do it this year...perhaps he'll make the gig next year if the situation there is better..

By the way have a nice gig Kate and please please please :blush-anim-cl: don't forget to tell him about our thread in MFC (well i think that he must have read all our posts :naughty: ) and also ask him where does he come from lebanon :biggrin2:

  2. hello!!!

    Hope you're all OK, there's quite along time I didn't come here....:blush-anim-cl:

Well I've never been a Tama fan & never had one... I don't think it would have survived with me:roftl::naughty:

The first time I played at The Sims I killed the dad...ermm...not really I killed him but ...I forgot him in the pool:bleh:

Btw, I remember some of you have started investigations into a crucial question...Any result??

Hiii LebAngel !!!! well i was hoping to lebanon to make my investigations there  but seing that i had to stay here :sneaky2: well anyway i couldn't find anything on the internet about Mika's origins in lebanon...but i found on a lebanese blog that mika was supposed to make a huge gig in the Baalbeck international festival only that festival was cancelled due to the recent events in leb...but i also read that Mika said that he was determined to make a gig in leb this summer....where ? i dunno ....i wonder also if this information is true or not...i asked the blogger where did he find this information...waiting for an answer...

  3. hey everyone :biggrin2: i see that all of you have a tamagotchi well i used to have one ten years ago :naughty: but my little pet died and i was so depressed i gave it to a friend...lol...i felt guilty for his death..couldn't keep him with me...anyway welcome back Romy..by the way you're right..our thread should be the strongest :naughty:

  4. I'm a proud memeber of the I Trust Snape club!

Dumbledore can't have been wrong about him all that time...there will be a reason for it all!

    Hehehe

loool but when you say that it's like sayinf that he can't be wrong about anything....but we saw that harry was wrong (in the OOP) and hermione was wrong (in the HBP) and voldemort was wrong (theory of ''love isn't stronger than everything) i think that dumbledore was wrong...after all he was wrong in the OOP for caring too much about harry's own happiness than telling him the truth...

  5. Hello HP addicted.....well i saw the movie and what shall i say.....it was good but not as good as i hoped it will be....i mean the scene where umbridge bombarded the unknowable room was very awful and i mean they changed a lot of things it''s sooo disappointing and the last scene was awful too harry did'n't even cry for sirius...

As for the seventh book i think i have a clue...as someone said in the beginning about RAB and a horcruxe being in the black's house i think it's a good theory but as for snape....i think that he's another bad person...if he wasn't loyal to the order i don't think that he's that loyal for voldemort.. i think he's just an evil apart..

  6. YO! So I was at my Aunt's house this past weekend. She's a bit of a snob, and she said something that I had to report back to you all. It's a bit stupid and offensive the way she said it, but you really have to laugh it off. I was wearing my Mika T-Shirt, and she saw it and we were talinig about the concert and I said, "He's Lebanese." Then she started talking about her new Lebanese neighbors, and how weird they are. But she's pretty narrow-minded about everything, so I brushed it off. Then she was saying how they always honk their horn when they come and go, the Lebanese family and stuff. And just how obnoxious and odd and loud they are. And I don't think she actually realizes that my Dad's family is Armenian/ Lebanese, but even if she did... whatever. That's just how she is. There was a tinge of rudeness, but I just had to laugh because it reminded me of that quote Mika once said, how his family is the obnoxious one in hotels who nobody can stand, but once they leave, everyone misses them, like when they left France at school. DON'T MESS! Hehe.

Hahahahahhh thx kate for this little story *laughing like mad* well yes i daresay we lebanese are a little obnoxious (that's our bad side loool) but as we're kind-hearted....we're not always considered as ''obnoxious people'' and as mika rightly said even people who doesn't like us turns to miss us when we leave...loool i live in france...on the ''cote d'azur'' and people here really do like us..i mean everytime someone know that i'm lebanese they become happy and friendly and everything i've made lots of friends only by telling them i'm lebanese...dunno why though...weird hein ? looool

  8. Hey!! I'm Minkey from Lebanon... This thread is only for lebanese people and for people who dream to be a lebanese person!! So let us get started with this new Lebanese thread...

I don't understand you minkey...i don't see the point of opening a knew lebanese thread when there's already a great one...and the aim of our thread is surely not pushing people to become lebanese but this thread is for lebanese people and for lebanese friendly people to discuss about Mika and about our culture and experiences as we live in different countries..

  9. Hi guys,

  13. In English it's called "Otolaryngology" (pronounced oh-toe-lair-in-goll-oh-jee) or "ENT" (ear, nose and throat) for short.

I'm 19 and I'm studying Pharmacy. I'm considering studying Medicine after I register as a Pharmacist. :original:

Oh wow pharmacy is interesting too.....but i really dislike the organic chemistry :naughty: i used to love general chemistry...but organic with all the complex reactions i was like...:boxed: by the way the orl thing is called in french Oto-Rhino-Laryngologie oto for ear.... Rhino for the nose and laryngo for larynx and throat :blush-anim-cl:

  14. haha. lol. they should look out for Mikaneens :roftl: :roftl:

    we're dangerous!! :lmao:

That's why i suggested to take care of your mikaneeness (loool at the word) but i daresay i can't treat you...there's no cure for that syndrome...you just have to live with it ;)

  15. I forgot to precise that he sometimes works with police & jells...

He choosed this speciality actually for not being disturbe by patients in the midde of the night!!! haha but now what has he got!!!

    I know I'm a bad girl:D

Oh i see...he must really deal with...special people if we can say that...anyway what do you study ? your age ? heheh it's a question to everyone..

  16. oh, it's very different from sweden then.

oh oh, I understand. (Hals, näsa, mun loool) wonder what it is in english??

    yes, that's very interesting :wink2:

heheh an atlé is when someone bites you....and sometimes psys are bitten by their mikaneen patients looooooooool

  17. If I could give you an advice...dont choose psychatry:bleh:

I know someone in Paris who is a psychatre (spelling??) and he receives an "atlé" per month...:boxed:

(but I've never liked him so.. :naughty: )

An ''Atlé'' per month hahahahhahhhh by his patients ??! loool i think psychiatry is is interesting but not ''medical'' enough for me i think...

  18. what do you like then?? if you could choose from all the areas.

guess i would choose a medical speciality...because here in france you can choose between 3 specialities : medical , surgical or biological...

But i'd like to be an ORL dunno what it's called in english but it's the doctor who takes care of the mouth , the ears and the throat....it's an interesting speciality coz it's both medical and surgical ;)
