I've seen your art and I'm shocked by it. So freakin' amazing!

I was wondering, when you start drawing a person, like Mika for example, how do you start off? Do you start drawing features right away, or do you do basic shapes first?

I love to draw people, but I'm not very good; it never looks realistic. When I first saw your sig, I thought it was a real photo!
