Mika? Ugly?! How dare they! he gorgeous

Ive only got one. And its smalll. BUT i have this cardboard statue that is the same height as Mika... so im thinking of blowing up a picture on my computer and i will *hopefully* paste his body onto the statue..... and its the statue from last years bible class that i had to bow down to!

I heard about him in like March ( about two weeks before his album came out) of this year. My friend briefly mentioned him once on the phone and i remember thinking "Now who the heck is he!?" So i googled/iTunes'd him and fell in love with Grace Kelly instantly! The whole time i could not stop thinking "Wow this guy is a nut! This song is insane! So why am i loving it so much!?" I still don't quite know why i first liked Mika. I guess im just a bit off my rocker.

Oh fun! I just asked a question or two. Hope that some of our questions will actually get through to him.

All my friends (except my best) will not like MIKA no matter what i do,say,show them, etc. They just dont understand!!!!! Either they are all joking and secretly love him, or are really ignorant to good music! I need help!

I was at Old Navy the other day and Relax came on. I started singing and dancing in the middle of the store. I got quite a few weird looks. But it was worth it

And, i was on the radio the other day because i requested they play "Grace Kelly" AND they did! THAT made my day!

I was wondering this too. I got my tickets already, and i thought General Admin. would be first-come, first-serve, type of thing. But on the ticket it says: Section: G.A. Row: G3 Seat: 179. I have no clue now what is gonna happen. I guess i will have to wait and see

I can sing all of em, not well, but i can. Recently i have been taking longer showers, it gives me more time to sing I have done a really bad job of learning to play Grace Kelly. I never took piano lessons, i just teach myself, but i am not too bad.

does anyone happen to know the bame of this movie? (EDIT: Never mind, scratch that. Thank you CartoonKellyGreen.)

And to those of you who saw Spidey: Would you suggest i see it? Some friends and i are depabting whether or not to spend money on it. (EDIT: well, i think ill go see it: those few seconds of the trailer make it worth my $10!)

You know you're obsessed when

-You litterally scare a little kid away because you were singing/dancing and listening to Mika on the front lawn of your house. (all i did was say "hi" and he ran away!)

- When you could have sworn that you heard his songs play over and over again in your head while you slept.

- When attempt to learn all his songs on the piano.

Gotten into the habit of quoting lyrics at any given opportunity (not just Mika... but since thats what my music taste mostly consists of at the moment, his lyrics are the ones that come up most...)

 

If someone mentions a phone.... "RING RING!!....."

 

The word 'love'....."LOVE LOVE ME!!!...."

 

Everytime we go to the sanwich place at lunch and someone orders Diet Coke(which is everyday cos me n my mates love it!).... "Diet Coke and a pizza please"

 

Any colour..... "I CAN BE BROWN, I CAN BE BLUE..."

 

Stress/exams/generaly wound-upness = "RELAX. TAKE IT EEEEEEASY!!"

 

And the latest one was when me and my mate were singing Lollipop at the top of our voices this lunchtime, and another mate said 'you 2 are in your own little world' ....... "IN ANY OTHER WORLD......"

 

Lol. The best thing they can do is keep silent I think.

But then I'd just launch into McFly's 'Silence Is A Scary Sound'.

Hey, just joined. I have been a fan of Mika for a while. but never really got around to joining here. I first heard Mika on a tv commercial for Motorola, the song "Love Today" and i loved what i heard. So, that's about it.
