Some of us have become "friends" through this forum. Some of us have been lucky enough to even meet these friends! But I've wondered how sad it would be, if something drastic happened to someone, and we never hear from them again...and had absolutely no other contact information....

I suppose that would only be the case for very few since many have swapped personal e-mails through PMs and have communicated through Facebook or MySpace.

Still...if it ever happened that you all of a sudden never hear from someone again - how sad that would be.

I love playing Anyother world on my keyboard. I got the sheet music,,and I love those chords..got them off musicnotes.com and downloaded the music to the computer and my teacher and I are working on the music together. We are planning to have a little private "MIKA' themed concert.

That is so nice! I wish I could play the piano! I've tried to play from sheet music, but I've never learned that, and knowing which note is which key is obviously not enough. I wish I had learned all that earlier, now I don't have time to do that and I'm afraid I'm a bit musically challenged, I mean, I have tuneful ear, but sheet music is a nightmare for me.

about the nu,ber of countries... we don't know where everyone comes from but that reminds me that sonjalovestoday also participates here... she's from iceland, so we are really 20 (at least). I'll add her to the list.

Could we not PM every person participating and ask for their country? I guess that is not too personal information..

To do the record attempt, doesn't an adjudicator have to be present when the attempt takes place, so that they can say that all the criteria has been met.

If this is the case, that would mean all the people on the song would have to attend the gig,prove their nationality,and sing it to Mika, in the presence of the adjudicator for it to be a valid attempt.

Otherwise they would have to travel around the world and watch as each part is sung, which would cost loads of money and be a pain for the people involved to take time out to fit in with the adjudicators schedule.

Unless the GWR people have another way of doing it.

This is indeed a valid point. I just imagined - all of us singing together in Mika's gig! That would be... incredible. We should organize rehearsals etc... MAD
