Well, it IS on her personal MySpace page, and there are no other photos of Mika on it to be found so she's not a fan (Well, not as much as the people on the fan club.), and she is sort of a small mini-celebrity (Some people know who she is.) and she lives in LA, so it is totally possible that she was able to meet Mika. Also, there are other pics of her at Coachella both before and after this photo on her site. So I deduce....REAL!
