De Belgische reggaemuzikante Sophie Michalakoudis, bekend onder haar artiestennaam Mika, gaat de uitbaters van de concertzaal Vorst-Nationaal dagvaarden om te verhinderen dat er een concert komt van een Britse artiest met dezelfde artiestennaam. De Belgische Mika eist de artiestennaam op omdat ze die als eerste liet registreren. Dat meldt Le Soir op zijn website. Het concert van de Britse Mika is gepland op 13 november.

De Belgische Mika vreest wel dat haar juridische actie vertraging zal oplopen door de lange procedures die de advocaten van platenmaatschappij Universal, die optreden voor de Britse Mika, zal inzetten. De artieste vreest dat het concert dus gewoon zal kunnen plaatsvinden. De Belgische muzikante zegt dat ze de polemiek rond de naam "Mika" niet heeft uitgelokt voor het geld, maar dat de naamsverwarring haar artistieke carrière bemoeilijkt. (LIM)

This morning, on the radio, I heard that the "Belgian Mika" wanna delete the concert! If she win the "proceedings", the concert should be deleted... And they said that she's gonna win... So, we just have to hope that the "proceedings" won't be over before the 13th of November!

I hope that's not true. I'm going to be insane.

Ik heb al een paar afleveringen van Sara gezien, ik vind het een leuke serie, maar het komt op zo'n vervelend uur en ik vergeet het altijd op te nemen

Ik denk niet dat ze dat kunnen pikken omdat het waarschijnlijk een betalende vestiare is en dus bewaakt.

Wat Sara betreft ik had liever de Engelse versie gehad en was echt teleuggesteld toen ik de eerste aflevering zag maar heb daarna nog eens gekeken en het een kans gegeven en nu ben ik het echt aan het volgen en ik vind het nu heel goed.

Wel de manier om van voor te raken heb ik een paar keer uitgeprobeerd.

Een keer bij Clouseau,bij Rob de Nijs en een keer bij Pink en het lukte elke keer maar het gaat alleen indien er drank wordt verkocht in de zaal.

Maar ik ben aan het twijfelen of dat zo is in Vorst.

Weten jullie of er in de zaal drank verkrijgbaar is?

I'm from belgium too but I speak Dutch.I know a little french but can't write it.

I'm dislexic and its dificult to write in dutch for me so in french is allmost imposible.

Did you know you may not take pictures in Vorst National?

Camera's or other device to take image are not allowed.

I asked Mika in the commentzone on his myspace to do something about that.

But I dont think it matters,probelby he doesn't see my comment and if fhe did I don't think he would or could do somthing about that.
